This apartment is new! Approximately 35 sqm composed of: 1-room (1 spacious double bed 2 x 90 x 200 cm and 1 sofa bed extendable to 140 cm).
1 new large bright living-kitchen with everything you need. Seating for 3 persons. Through the patio door you reach your own small terrace in the garden, the entrance can also be used exclusively as a flat entrance!
Bathroom with shower (single storey, without shower tray).
Long-term renters welcome.
Note: this apartment is ideal for large families if you take them together with Apartment 1. Then you would have the whole ground floor available: a total of 3 rooms, 2 kitchens, 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets.

Vi kom fra syd og havde været væk i 14 dage inden vi skulle være på denne lejlighed, Der var sendt mail hvor nøgle kunne findes, men vi var ikke på mail i den periode og kunne derfor ikke komme ind før vores søde nabo lukkede os ind efter deres ankomst 1 time senere, der må være en anden måde vi kan få overdraget en nøgle på, telefonisk blev der ikke svaret på det opgivne nr, efter gentagne forsøg

Tatsächlich werden die Bilder der Wohnung nicht ganz gerecht, in Realität wirkt die Wohnung besser. Die Lage ist ebenfalls ideal für verschiedene Aktivitäten(Städtetrip, Strandurlaub). Gerne wieder.

Lübeck von der ruhigen Seite

Der Aufenthalt entsprach voll unseren Erwartungen. Ruhig gelegen. Als Startpunkt für die Stadttour und der Umgebung ideal gelegen, fast alles ist mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und vor allem sehr hilfsbereit, falls zuhause etwas vergessen wurde.

Alles prima für einen kurzen Tripp in die schöne Stadt Lübeck

Die Wohnung ist recht klein, aber für uns (zwei Personen mit Hund) mehr als ausreichend: Schlafzimmer, Wohnküche, Duschbad. An alles wurde bei der Ausstattung gedacht (Bettwäsche, Handtücher, To-Papier, Gewürze, Extrakissen). Es gibt sogar eine kleine Terrasse. Parkmöglichkeit direkt auf dem Privatgrundstück vor dem Haus. Die Vermieterin Frau Niemann ist sehr aufgeschlossen und hilfsbereit. Neujahr standen sogar morgens zwei Glückskrapfen vor der Ferienwohnungstür. Vielen Dank!
