Mickey’s Magnolia Bend is a beautifully updated 2,790-square-foot, four-bedroom, three-bathroom air-conditioned villa designed for ultimate relaxation and entertainment. This spacious executive home sleeps up to 10 guests, offering a perfect balance of privacy and shared spaces.

Upon arrival, you'll enjoy private parking for up to four cars just steps away from the front door. As you enter, you’ll be immediately struck by the open-concept floorplan, a spacious design not typically found in most rental homes. The first of two inviting living areas welcomes you, accompanied by a formal dining space that seats six, perfect for enjoying family meals or gathering for a lively board game challenge.

The great room offers comfy seating and a 65” smart TV, ideal for catching up on your favorite shows or simply relaxing while enjoying the serene views of the pool and pond. For the ultimate indoor-outdoor living, open the 16-foot retractable glass wall, seamlessly blending the interior with the exterior. The home also provides complimentary internet and streaming services, so you can enjoy your favorite shows or movies on your own account or ours!

- Self-Catering Home: Starters of essentials like hand soap, paper towels, laundry pods, and trash bags are provided to start, but guests will need to replenish as needed.
