We had such a wonderful stay! The house was absolutely lovely, comfortable, and in the perfect location right on the Yellowstone River. We spent nearly every day fishing and couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful and peaceful setting.Fred and Anita were fantastic hosts—kind, welcoming, and so helpful throughout our stay. They truly made us feel at home. We loved our time here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend this beautiful property to anyone looking for a relaxing Montana getaway!

We absolutely loved our stay! Our dream was to find a beautiful place by the Yellowstone River, close to Yellowstone National Park, and within our budget—and this home was perfect!The views are breathtaking, the house is comfortable and has everything you need. We enjoyed a barbecue, watching the sunset, and walking around the property and along the river. We were only 4 people for one night, and our only regret is that we didn’t book more days!The owners are so friendly and lovely, and we absolutely adored their sweet dog Della (although I called her Bella! ).We would love to come back and stay longer next time! 🥰

Excellent location, right on Yellowstone River. Great spot if heading into Yellowstone National Park, and quick drive to good places to eat in Emigrant and/or Livingston.Hosts were great communicators, and check-in and checkout instructions were clear.Highly recommend and would return in future.

This property is everything I could have hoped for. My friends and I enjoyed the peace and quiet. The scenery was beautiful. Our hosts were amazing and hospitable. Highly recommend to anyone that wants that amazing get away from any of life's worries. Cannot give a high enough review.

Wow! This house is RIGHT ON the Yellowstone River in Paradise Valley which is aptly named. Its a beautiful property. Surrounded by trees. Stocked well, lots of hot water with good pressure. Beds were the best. Nice and quiet. Had a great stay here.

We had a GREAT time in Pray. Scenery is breathtaking and right on the Yellowstone river. The home was super clean, kitchen very well stocked, beds are comfortable. Fred and Anita are very kind and gave us great advice on things to do. Highly recommend this rental!

Dev, Thank you for your review. You mentioned the rubber strip in the shower to Fred. This is the first time it’s become an issue. I apologize that it was an inconvenience for you. The unit is wheelchair accessible, the rubber strip was added to accommodate and make more usable and comfortable for ambulatory guests. I am happy that we were able to accommodate you and your family with extra amenities such as hosting a brunch, and allowing guests to change during your visit. 10 people are a lot to host and wedding venue’s bring some unforeseen demands. Suddenly a rubber strip and other imperfections become issues. Especially for elderly guests. I am grateful for your review. We enjoyed having you. Congratulations to your grandson and his new bride in Livingston. I apologize for the inconvenience. Thank you, Anita

Anita and Fred are wonderful hosts. The guest house is clean and comfy with fantastic views from the bedrooms. The property is an ideal basecamp to explore the northern half of Yellowstone or to just hang out and enjoy the pastoral serenity on the bank of the Yellowstone river. Looking forward to an opportunity to return with the rest of the family!

Gorgeous and Peaceful

Our families had the best time here! The property is so peaceful…the river is beautiful. We were able to find hikes close by and we even tubed down the Yellowstone River! It was a wonderful vacation and I’d definitely stay here again!

An Understated Gem

A beautiful home that the owners have thought of everything in order for you to have a relaxing stay. Great location on the Yellowstone River. Caught trout in the back yard! Close to The National Park and area restaurants. Owners were very friendly and helpful. . I highly recommend this location!

It was very relaxing to come back to the River House after spending the day fly fishing. Such a great spot and the house was very clean and comfortable. Loved sitting out by the river with a cup of coffee or taking a walk along the hay pasture. Scenery and sunsets were amazing. Fred and Anita were extremely friendly and willing to offer suggestions. Highly recommend!

We loved the cozy house and the close proximity to the river. The hosts, Anita and Fred, are very friendly and accommodating. Our dogs loved playing with their black lab Della. Livingston had a lot to offer.

House on the Yellowstone

Perfect location and accommodation for small or larger group. Cannot imagine a better place for beautiful vistas, fishing from the front yard, games in the back yard and floating down the river right back to the house. Thank you, Paoli’s, Ruby and Cash for a great stay.
