Management and Guest Interaction: Local, local, local! Managed by a friend and property manager the gals at Key Montana have every need you can imagine covered. They are available for questions, prep, planning and more - but you are left alone to check in and out and all details are available pre-trip and in the comprehensive welcome book at the house. Tip: they always know what's going on in Livingston and the surrounding areas, so make sure to get the insider scoop from them!

A quiet, local, safe and beautiful part of town. The Rambler sits on "the northside" overlooking town. This means large quiet streets, amazing sunrise and sunsets. Your neighbors live and work here so please remember that while you are on vacation, they are waking early to get their kids to school and do their jobs. Thanks in advance for being respectful!

Transportation and Geography Notes:
Your own tranportation is needed in Montana! While you can walk just about anywhere in Livingston if you are in moderately good shape; there are NO ride shares like Uber in the area. You will need a 4WD car to get around in the winter time and you will want wheels to get to Yellowstone, Bridger Bowl or any of the amazing hikes that are mintues from your door!

Considerations:
Hot tub access is an extra $300 one time fee.
Treat the home as you would your own (or better). Ask if you have any questions.
No large parties, no smoking, no pets. There is no uber or food delivery in the area. Locals are super friendly, ask for recommendations and understand that while Livingston is awesome, it still only has about 8,000 full time residents so be patient with hours of operation and staff. Embrace the "slow living" that makes our town authentic and livable.

A Livingston Gem
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: KM always does a great job with their properties and The Holiday Rambler is no exception. It was super clean, spacious, and with all the amenities one could ask for. We had four adults and could have fit several more in the house. Oh, and the views are fantastic. It's a lovely spot for a group or anyone needing a first class retreat in town.
