une escroquerie !

L'hôte nous demande confirmation de notre heure d'arrivée deux semaines avant le séjour. Ce que nous avons fait. Pendant le trajet, nous avons envoyé un message avec l'heure précise de notre arrivée. Personne n'était là pour nous accueillir. Nous avons donc contacter le propriétaire qui n'était pas joignable. trois minutes après la réservation était annulée. Il a fallu insister de nombreuses fois avant qu'il daigne nous répondre. Il nous a dit que la maison était réservée deux fois et que la faute incombait uniquement à Abritel. Aucune proposition de relogement ne nous a été faite et nous nous sommes retrouvés le dimanche soir après neuf heure de route, sans hébergement. Bref incompréhensible et lamentable! Le fait de proposer ce genre d'hôte sur votre site a rompu notre confiance.
