Summer Holiday with family in S.Ambroggio Marina (Lumio)

The venue is very nicely located allowing to access many different destinations. Excellent view from the balcony. During summer months it can get quite warm, but we are in the middle of Mediterranean, so to be expected. Some of the apartment amenities may be improved/renewed, (I personally missed a sharp kitchen knife) but all in all manageable. Pretty large shower. Separate toilet room (as French fashion). It is a windy and dusty environment, and you have to take it into account, but a bit more attention in preparing the location for the next hosts would greatly improve the experience. Very useful close by "minimarket" with fresh bakery and "viennoiserie". I suggest sending a precise map with the building location along with the check-in/check-out rules as it may be of greate help. Host has been quite flexible on check-in/out times. TLDR: Simple but nice accomodation.
