Experience a vacation in paradise when you visit this newly renovated and decorated 7th floor unit in Phoenix East 710 in the lovely Orange Beach, Alabama. This unit has everything that you need to make the most of your dream beach vacation--think relaxation and serenity. This complex offers beautiful surroundings – it's along the coast and just steps from the luxurious emerald water and pearly white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and beautiful views of Perdido Pass. You are a short second walk to the beach, and a couple minutes drive to Walmart Neighborhood Market, Publix and other restaurants. There is fun for the whole family with an outdoor pool, indoor pool and spa area, racquetball court, fitness center and sauna, tennis courts and half-court basketball court. If you want privacy, enjoy the view from your private balcony.

What is provided during your stay: Linens are provided, as well as a starter set of amenities that will typically last for the first 24 hours of your stay. The amenity starter pack includes the following items: one dishwasher detergent packet, one miniature bottle of dishwashing liquid soap, one roll of paper towels, one trash can liner in each trash can, one packet of powder laundry detergent, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one bath soap bar in each full bathroom, and one hand soap bar in each bathroom. Each property is set up with four bath towels, four washcloths, two hand towels, and one bath mat, per full bathroom. One hand towel is provided for each half bathroom. Sheets, pillowcases and quilts are provided for each bed in the property.

What we recommend you bring: Paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, hairdryer, napkins, condiments, spices, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach towels, umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.

It was okay

Unit was a little smaller than the photos make you think and needs a little updating. Some of the reviews are inaccurate (example, this unit is NOT next door to Flora-Bama (which is probably 3-4 miles east) but this is not why I booked it. We will probably try a different Pheonix property next time.

Great Orange Beach Vacation!

Had a great time at this property. It is in one of the older Phoenix buildings but it was still beautiful and very clean. Lots of families were here and everyone was helpful as far as property management and staff go. Lots of things to do on the property and it’s located close to the grocery store as well as restaurants. I loved our condo, there is nothing better than being right on the ocean and waking up to ocean views! This property’s balcony was so nice! Big enough for everyone to hang out and had a table out there to take meals together. Property manager communicated well with us even before we got there and answered our questions promptly. Overall a wonderful experience, I would definitely stay here again!

All about location

Our experience in this unit overall was fine, for us it was all about location and this was about as good as it gets. The Phoenix East building is an older building and it’s definitely starting to show its age. The unit itself was nice in size for our family of four and the views are hard to beat. The biggest downside for us was the cleanliness of the condo. There was dust everywhere, crumbs of food on the floor and the cabinets were full of dishes with food still on them. It could benefit from some updates as well. It wasn’t a bad experience by any means just a little disappointing, when your checkout instructions say you will get additional charges multiple times for not cleaning up afterwards I would expect a cleaner place. Friendly staff and a great location made it a decent stay for us but we would look to another unit before booking this one again
