Updated home with Private Yard, 3 living rooms & short drive to beach

Sprawling ranch on private, half acre lot. Spacious, open floor plan with gleaming hardwood floors and lots of sun! The main level offers three bedrooms and one full bath, with a living room and additional family room with futon. All three bedrooms have window a/c units and fans. Walk out lower level has additional sleeping accommodations (futon and queen sized bed) as well as a full bathroom. TVs are provided in both upstairs living areas, as well as the lower level.
For a turnkey vacation experience, the listed price includes checkout cleaning and linens for the occupancy of the property. Commercially laundered linens are provided, including sheets, duvets with fresh covers, and one towel set (bath towel, hand towel, facecloth) per guest, plus bathmats and kitchen towels. Beach towels are not included unless otherwise noted. Stays over one week may incur an additional linen charge.

Family vacation
The property is definitely distressed. It is in need of some maintenance and repair. There was mold in the seams of the shower enclosure and on the backsplash of the bathroom sink. There was a hole in the back of the door in the upstairs bathroom. There was a broken chair in the kitchen tape together with scotch tape. The back of the house had mold on it along with the back deck/stairs and the concrete pad entrance downstairs. The neighborhood was great. Quiet and peaceful and close to all of the attractions. The owner needs to take some time and tend to the property.
