Come recharge and relax in this spacious house, featuring a beautiful pool (3x8) and a lush, secluded garden. Its three spacious, bright, and beautifully decorated bedrooms await you. Fully furnished both inside and out (outdoor furniture, barbecue, washing machine, dishwasher, etc.).
In the countryside with no close neighbors, yet just three minutes from city centre Pont-Saint-Esprit and local stores (Intermarché, Lidl). It offers a panoramic view of lavender fields, vineyards, and Mont Ventoux.
Ideally located at the confluence of the Gard, Ardèche, and Vaucluse departments. Ten minutes from the Ardèche Gorges, Vallon-Pont-d’Arc, and famous caves such as the Chauvet Caves and the Aven d’Orgnac. It’s also close to villages ranked among the most beautiful in France, such as Aiguèse, La-Roque-sur-Cèze, and Goudargues—20 minutes from Uzès, 30 minutes from Avignon and the Pont du Gard, and 1 hour and 30 minutes from the sea.
