Lovely modern home, very comfortable & well manicured. INGROUND PRIVATE POOL surrounded by a lovely landscape. Solar Panels with Tesla Battery. Total 4 AC inverters throughout the house are, we follow Covid19 cleaning, private home, nice yard, 2 parking spaces in garage or street parking, 3 hammocks, family games, fully equipped kitchen, fenced backyard Surrounded by 18 beaches, Balneario Boquerón, Combate, Playa Sucia & Playa Buye & El Poblado. Black Bakery is nearby, Almacen Las Arenas, restaurants, pharmacy.

Please check one last time to make sure nothing is left behind. If something is left behind there will be a $20 fee for going to the post office, aside from package and postage charges.

This place is amazing! We chose this due to its location and its many amenities, including backup power (which was not needed, luckily) and the pool. The outside area is just spectacular, love the privacy of the gate, ample parking and the covered area adjacent to the pool that just screams for you to sit down and enjoy. There is also a balcony on the upper level that looks out over the pool. The interior is spacious, comfortable and beautiful with plenty of room for everyone. Big plus, there are 3 bathrooms, fantastic to find as even many of the large rentals I viewed had only 1 bathroom. All who stayed loved this place, that made me really happy. Finally, Angelina is a most gracious, highly responsive, very welcoming and thoughtful host, even putting together a personalized welcome board with keychain! During the stay, my son proposed to his now fiance, Angelina's home will always be special to us and I highly recommend her home to others!!

The house is gorgeous. The swimming pool was very nice. They have a cover area with a table, a sitting areas and a dominos table. The beth rooms are a good size and everyting was very clean.

The location of the house is near everything. Supermarkets, Walgreens, Chinese food, Cash and Carry (beer distributor) Combate beach and Boqueron beach are less than 15 minutes away if that. Both nearby supermarkets, Mr. Special and Econo have a cafeteria with food, really good. The house itself is perfect. The marquesina (down stairs) is very inviting. The pool is awesome, full bathroom downstairs as well. There is a fridge and a speaker downstairs. The house has beach chairs, beach umbrella, cooler and sand toys for the beach. In the house there are loungers, gravity chairs, hammocks. The bathrooms already had body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Angie was an amazing host. She was easy to reach out to if ever needed. She came and did a walk through as we checked out which we really appreciated. She knew we had little ones and came by to drop off some floaties she purchased so they would have new ones for the pool. The area is quiet, we didn't see any neighbors but the few times we did they smiled and waved. We were able to go over to Lajas and visit La Parguera which was super close. We had an amazing time. I would most definitely stay here again. If your on the fence or aren't sure if you should book it, book it. You will not regret it.

We had a great time at mi casa su casa place. The communication was super easy and quick Angie and co host are amazing, and the place looks better in person. This house is a beautiful. The neighborhood is very conveniently located and although it’s a lively neighborhood the apartment is very quiet! Would absolutely recommend to stay there! Can’t wait to come back. 🇵🇷❤️
