This is one of only two homes adjacent to the Golf Club of Tennessee's golf course. Completed in 2020 and located in a gated community, this four-bedroom home is a great place to relax and is adjacent to Tennessee's premier private golf club. The home has a great views of the golf course, an oversized screen porch and a fire pit on the rear patio just steps away from Hole 5. The home is a 5 minute drive from the charming town of Kingston Springs and a 25 minute drive from downtown Nashville.
