I had a hard time believing it was newly renovated. The kitchen and bathrooms other than some new tile in the bathroom looked like they were from the 90’s.Although it was a nice place and very comfortable, I would not advertise as Newly renovated. We were there with many other friends and we went into at least 5 other units, which seemed more recently renovated than this one. We did have a lovely stay! Thank you

Great condo!!!

The condo was very clean except for some hair on the sheets and pillow. The location is perfect and the condo is beautiful ! We had a great stay and would definitely come back .

Beautiful condo with everything that you need. Perfect location, bike to everything and walk right out to the beach. Wonderful views while relaxing on the covered balcony. Would definitely recommend and would stay again!!

Well stocked, beautifully appointed, gorgeous views

The kitchen was fully stocked with small appliances and dishes. Clean and one of the best decorated units we have rented. Would definitely rent this one again…

Best Family Vacation!

We couldn't have asked for a better stocked kitchen at this beautiful condo. Meeting up with family members for Thanksgiving at this pet-friendly condo was the perfect getaway we all needed. We walked on the beach with our pups each day and also ventured out to a few great local restaurants. The beach views from the condo are gorgeous. Would definitely return to this wonderful rental.

Property was perfect. Well located, super clean and we stocked with everything. Only issue was at checkin when I was given in correct codes for entry gate and the room. It took until almost 10 pm until we could enter property. I used emergency phone number and response was delayed then we were given another incorrect code. Finally straightened out about 10

Annie, I apologize that you had troubles with the code. It is possible that our arrival instructions went out prior to the HOA changing the codes. The owners do pass along this information to us promptly, so we make every effort to make the changes. We also do have after hour coverage for such emergencies at Lighthouse Vacations. Generally, you will always get a property manager in the evening. Too bad the property missed out getting a 5 star review over this isolated incident. We hope you return soon.

Hurricane

We were all coming from Georgia, South Carolina and Florida and because of the severity of the storm we didn’t think it was in our best interest to head towards a hurricane. We did not use the condo and think that at the very least we should have our cleaning deposit refunded. It is a great disappointment that the 4 days that we picked turned out to be the worst 4 days of the year!

Terry received a full refund, which was an exception made by the owner of this home. We highly recommend every traveler take trip insurance in these cases. Trip insurance can be purchase up until a named storm is active and would cover the loss, if a guest chooses not to come, Terry, the concern is you gave this home a 1 star review and you did not stay in the property. The owner has worked hard to maintain 5 star reviews by providing their guest a 5 star experience.

Beautiful Condo

This property looks exactly as it is advertised in the photos. Everything was clean and new. The view from the balcony is spectacular. The pool and beach access were very convenient. There are restaurants and a small shop within walking distance. Any other needs are a short drive away. St. Simons is a gorgeous island. We would love to go back and stay at this property again!
