Just 5 miles from Oaklawn! Enjoy beautiful lake Hamilton from the comfort of this newly renovated South Shore Lake Resort 1 bedroom/1 bathroom condo. The condo features a King bed with a Queen size sleeper sofa, a large flat-screen TV, and a fully-appointed kitchen. Resort amenities include the Cabana hot tub, game room with billiards and ping pong, mini-golf, tennis, pickleball, basketball, and shuffleboard. Department of Health Covid-19 Limitations: 4 guests at the hot tub, and 10 people in the game room. Social distancing rules apply. This resort is centrally located off of 7 South close to many restaurants and water fun.

Why they chose this property

The family has enjoyed this property for almost 40 years. Our father and grandfather loved horse racing and being part of the Arkansas Derby tradition. We just started making it available for rent this year. We hope you enjoy it as much as they did.
