Thanks so much Shelly. It was a pleasure to host you and your family.
Having been to several VRBO properties, Paradise in Old Saybrook is the best we've seen. The home is beautifully decorated and appointed with everything you could possibly think of. It is also kept immaculately clean and maintained.
The location is perfect for enjoying the beach and all the local activities. It is situated in a quiet neighborhood with a private yard and lovely view of the sunsets over the marsh.
We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect and would definitely recommend it to others.

Thank you so much Lee and Wendy. I’m so happy you enjoyed your stay. You were a delight to host and I appreciate your thoughtful care to my home. Come back anytime!
Amenities for all - We were a family of six: grandparents, daughter and son-in-law; 2 kids under 6.
This is a great get-away. There was plenty of room for six family members, including a bedroom/office that one of us used for off-site work the second week.
In addition to the smartly outfitted living space, there was a fully furnished kitchen and beach chairs, toys, umbrella and cart that let us fully take advantage of the beach. Our favorite option was Harvey's beach which was perfect for young children.
The house was centrally located to travel to such places as the Mystic Aquarium and the Connecticut Science Museum.
There were great farm stands, bakeries and take-out markets that made dinner easy.
Lisa answered all our questions and was very welcoming. The large yard was fun for everyone for playing games or just watching the sunset.
I highly recommend this property.

Thank you Mary. I appreciate your review. I’m glad you and your family felt welcome. I strive to make my place a home away from home. It was a pleasure to host you.
We just got home from a wonderful week in Old Saybrook. Lisa has thought of everything! The house was immaculate and absolutely gorgeous. You could tell that every piece in the house was chosen with care. When we arrived we were welcomed with a box of stuff for smores and a bottle of wine. Lisa also noticed my Birthday was the week before and left a wonderful card. The backyard is great for relaxing with family and friends. There is a fire pit (which had wood supplied), grill and dining table. We visited two of the beaches while there. Cornfield point- is just a bikes ride away with bikes that are included on the property. Harvey's Beach - is a short car ride away and perfect for the little ones at low tide. Lisa has provided beach chairs and sand toys for the kiddos as well. Main Street has many cute stores as well as wonderful places to eat . The neighborhood is quiet and the view from the backyard is beautiful especially at sunset . I can't say enough wonderful things about the property and Lisa! Her communication throughout was great and we will definitely be back. Thanks for a wonderful vacation!!
