Outstanding Host and a Home that really feels like home

Ev, our host, was an Outstanding host and always available to respond to questions....actually non-existent during our stay. If there was, he responded quickly and addressed our questions. His property was in immaculate conditions and he covered all our needs with utensils, comfort and modern appliances/furniture. This trip for us was special since we participated in a memorial Bataan Death March marathon in honor of my father and he posthumously received the Congressional Media of Honor. Ev home and his commitment to his guests helped make our entire trip a memorable one. Thanks Ev.

Lacks attention

We did not get individual door codes until we called the 800 customer service as we were locked out and owner was not responsive to calls or texts. Got locked out twice due to no security codes on three bedroom doors. Garage door was not working properly Mixing bowls were all cracked Kitchen soap dispenser didn’t work Pet friendly with full gravel back yard.

Great time in Las Cruces

Beautiful house with great view of the mountains. House is in great shape. Pet friendly neighborhood. Layout of the house is great for a family and was very comfortable for us. We spent a week at Christmas here and enjoyed every day. The location is convenient to stores and highways. Easy to get around. The Host is easy to contact and accommodating for reasonable requests. 5/5 would repeat.

Deserves 6 Stars!

We recently stayed in Ev's perfect home - it was by far the best VRBO lodging we have stayed in over the past 6 years. Amazingly furnished and clean - we have never seen a place that looked this nice. Ev was the consummate host and answered alll questions ahead of time. Check in and out was seamless. We could not have asked for more - HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Very nice house

Beautiful home! very clean and comfortable. A queen size bed downstairs rather than the bunk beds would have been better and communication with the property manager was lacking
