Don't Want To Tell You....
This place is great. Bailey does not have hotels, so VRBO is the way to go if you want to stay near town. This is a great little house for 2 people. I don't want to tell you about it (cause I want to keep it for me). Misty is great and Linda works with you for any special requests. Looking forward to our next getaway on Memorial Day (already booked).

Loved the cozy, comfortable cabin, within easy driving distance of beautiful aspen trees! My mom especially loved the gas fire. A neighbor helpfully told aby a nearby county road where I could park and get my daily walk in. Might consider adding aluminum foil, plastic wrap to your supplies, for leftovers, etc. Thanks!!

I am a retired school teacher, having a rewarding career of 40 years of teaching in Rocky Ford, Fort Morgan, and Aurora, Colorado. I have always been interested in the tourism industry and have decided to share my sweet little lodge in Bailey, Colorado with travelers. It is a cozy respite from the city and a return to nature is so refreshing. A stay in the mountains is good for the soul! I hope you enjoy your stay! Linda

Why they chose this property

Little Bit Lodge is my privately owned little piece of mountain paradise. It is next to the Bailey Lodge and is located in the residential side of Riverdale Village. Several of the residential units are short term rentals, some are long term rentals, and some are lived in year round. It is a sweet and welcoming community. There area always guests at the Bailey Lodge, so it is perfect for vacation rentals.

What makes this property unique

Enjoy the eleven acre grounds, the outdoor pool, BBQ and picnic area; the communal yard and flowers. A short walk will take you to the North Fork of the South Platte River or the catch and release fishing pond. Great location right on HWY 285 will take you on many day trips to neighboring mountain towns. The historic old Colorado town of Bailey is only two miles away, a true Colorado gem!
