Great house, well decorated and equipped. We had everything we needed and the beds were comfortable. The house had everything we needed and we had a great time. My dog loved the yard, and the kids loved playing the games! We would definitely come back to stay here again!

Awesome place.

My sister and I went down for Labor Day weekend. The weather was perfect and the house was perfect. It’s really close to the beach and beautiful. We will definitely stay there again.

Great stay with family and pets

The house was clean, comfortable, had everything we needed, and was in a great location. We traveled with dogs, and it was so nice to have a private, fenced-in backyard. It was a 20 minute walk or a short drive to beach, and the host was wonderful to work with. We had a great stay and would stay here again!

This house was perfect for our family! Very clean and close enough to the beach to be convenient, but clear enough that we didn't feel that we had to spend all day every day in the water. Kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of space for everyone. ***This would be a 5-star review, but there was some post-checkout common from the host that bordered on a personal attack and was based on erroneous information***

I'm really sorry you feel like you were attacked Erik when it was your family at left gum stuck to our furniture and there was the late checkout despite the clearly stated house rules. I apologized for any misunderstanding to you once the details were cleared up. We work very hard to provide our guests with a 5 star experience as is evident from all of our reviews but we do not tolerate disrespect on the part of our renters. Despite the fact that renters pay to stay here it is still our home and we expect rules to be followed and care to be taken.

Great family birthday weekend!

Stayed here for Moms birthday who lives locally. Beautiful house and property. VERY well done with great amenities! Highly recommend. Beautiful yard and screened in porch for gathering and relaxing!

Wonderful place to get away from it all

Kit has put forward an amazing property that is very pet friendly. We had 4 adults, our dog and more than enough space, privacy when desired and ability to utilize the yard, explore the town and cook as we desired as the kitchen had many of the spices and other staples that many would hope for in a home. We could not have been more pleased with the home, communication throughout and check ins to see how we were doing.

Great stay, Great host

The house was perfect for our family gathering. The open floor plan made it easy for a large group to congregate around the kitchen and living room, and chill on the screened in porch together. The beach was walkable - about 10 minutes at a leisurely pace. The host, Kit, was easy to contact and replied quickly. Everything was very clean, too! We highly recommend it!

A wonderful beach house!

What a fantastic July 4 weekend home base. The house is spacious, beautiful and super clean. Kit has thought of everything you could possibly need or want and we had a great experience. We are looking forward to the next visit!
