The apartment consists of:

-on the ground floor, the living room (32'' LCD TV) with its fully equipped American kitchen (oven, hob, microwave oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker and toaster), a laundry room (washing machine), and a toilet.

-on the ground floor, a bedroom with a 140cm double bed, a bedroom with 2 bunk beds and a trundle bed that can be transformed into a 160cm double bed, and the bathroom with Italian shower and toilet.

The three air conditioning units (bedrooms and living room) are individually adjustable. We can provide childcare equipment (bathtub, cot, high chair).

We are close to the sea and the centre while being quiet in the residential area of Grand Rouveau. In Sausset-les-pins or Carry-le-Rouet, depending on your desires, you can practice surfing or paddle boarding (it is possible to rent equipment) or diving (diving club practising initiations, there is a natural marine reserve in Carry-le-Rouet), or simply aquatic hiking with mask and snorkel (in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation). An amusement park (Magic Parc Land) is also located 10km away.
