This home was very nice and clean. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The beach was not crowded. Town was only a short drive for groceries and food. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The pool is not large but was clean and nice for swimming. I would suggest having some bug spray handy as the mosquitos are plentiful at night. Overall, this was a great vacation for our family.

Enjoyed our week with family in this wonderful beach house. Especially liked the primary bedroom, bath & porch. Also, the kitchen was very nice & well equipped. We enjoyed eating most meals on the screened porch. The beach was not crowded at all and had so many sea shells. Would love to stay at Dolphin Lookout again!

Dolphin Lookout was originally built by the owners for the owners. They decked it out with many features you will not find in a typical beach house rental. The primary suite and kitchen are outstanding and you will not find a quieter beach in Florida! Be Our Guest!

Perfect spot on Cape San Blas! The house was great for our family of 5! All adults so no need for the bunk room but we will keep it in mind for when we have grandkids some day! Well stocked and super clean! The mast suite on the top floor is just perfection! The master closet was HUGE! If I had a complaint I wish the living room was a little bigger. But, other than that I wouldn’t change a thing! We had a wonderful trip!

Such a great beachfront house! The master suite on the top level was spacious and the deck hot tub access made it even better! This was our first trip to Cape San Blas and we were so impressed with the peacefulness of the area, the water color on the north side beaches, and the cute downtown Port St. Joe! Our pups felt right at home and loved walks on the beach. Would highly recommend this beach house and area!!

This is a fantastic house and a wonderful location. I would highly recommend staying here. The pool was a hit and accommodations are outstanding. Very quiet, which is what we were looking for. I hope we can come back soon!

Peaceful and great location

This house was perfect for a family vacation! So close to the beach. The private boardwalk was wonderful, especially when you have kids and use wagons to carry beach gear. Kitchen was the best stocked of any VRBO. The private pool was a Plus+++ plenty of restaurants within 10-15 minute drive.

GREAT LOCATION FOR FUN IN THE SUN

Excellent location, well maintained property with lots of amenities just steps to the beach. Enjoyed the pool, hot tub, chef’s kitchen and master en-suite. Property management company was great to work with and very professional! I would definitely rent this property again!

A Beautiful Quiet Place!

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at this VRBO Property. The house was very clean and had everything we needed plus more! We made use of the pool several days and the Hot Tub and top floor views in the evening! Went to Port St. Joe for items we needed! Our dog loved it too!

A GRAND vacation

The house was exactly as listed! Perfect for me, my husband our daughters/spouse and our 4 GRANDS!! We enjoyed the short walk to the beach and the private pool!! The kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed. We rented bikes and road to the playground and the nature trail!! It was a GRAND trip!!!

Wonderful week at the beach

We had a wonderful time with family at Dolphin Lookout! The location is amazing...quiet and beautiful. The home has everything you need to be very comfortable, even while making Thanksgiving dinner in someone else's kitchen. Being able to see the sunrise and sunset from the deck was incredible! Thank you for sharing your home with us...we had the best time!

Perfect Vacation!

We had the best week at Dolphin Lookout! The house was stocked with everything we could possibly need during our week stay. We loved the pool and two beach front decks. My husband was extremely happy with the grill and its location by the pool and a beach view. So glad we were able to include our two dogs on our vacation also.
