Nice cabin, close to lots of great areas to access the lake, without paying a fortune. Nice kitchen for cooking. As noted in another review, no A/C but used fans in the window to cool things down at night. Quite neighborhood.

I just have two suggestions. The hair dryer doesn’t work and a b.b.q would be welcome. We had a nice stay.

Hi Jerry, Thanks for letting us know about the hair dryer. We will bring another one. Regarding the bbq, City of South Lake Tahoe banned the bbq due to forest fire hazard. We are really glad that you had a nice stay!!! Dan and Roxanne

Great Location and Cozy

We had a wonderful stay, it’s a very cozy house and super convenient to the SLT area activities. It was perfect for our group of 4 adults, one teenager and 2 little kids. We will definitely stay there again!

Good location and clean property

Great location, good clean cabin, all the amenities of home. The only issue we had was that the cabin lacks a/c and we had to buy some fans to keep us cool in the evenings.

Summer wedding

Came in for a family wedding at stateline. Only 4 miles away, it was the perfect spot. Located in a quiet neighborhood, this cozy cottage is minutes away from everything. Beds were comfortable, rooms had plenty of space for our pack and play and toddler air mattress. Owners responded very quickly and the place was clean. Would recommend.
