Stunning Main Channel View at MM 26 in Margaritaville Cove w/ Boat Slip Rental

Fabulous main channel view from this top floor 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo. Minutes away by car or water from shopping, dining, and entertainment. This condo is perfect for two families with over 1200sqft and vaulted ceilings. The primary bedroom is furnished with a king size bed and private attached bath while the main level guest bedroom offers a queen size bed and is adjacent to the full guest bath. The loft is furnished with one queen bed and twin bunk beds which is perfect for the kids. All bedrooms and living room have ceiling fans and Roku TVs. Updates include new HVAC unit, leather living room sofa, new washer/dryer and stainless kitchen appliances. Soak up the sun at the outdoor pool (Open Seasonally from Mid May thru Mid September). There is a 10 x 24 covered boat slip available for additional charge. Gas docks, boat, and PWC rentals are all available in this same cove. Do you need more space for your guests? Great Ozarks Getaway Location

Pelican Bay has easy access to multiple restaurants and our preferred cove (Linn Creek) to wakeboard and wakesurf. Property was clean, spacious and has a beautiful view of the lake.

Labor Day weekend get away

Perfect place to stay for fireworks! Location is great! The stay was cozy , had everything we needed. We enjoyed playing the board games that were provided. The family had all have said the beds were super comfortable.

We have rented this facility several times in previous years. We enjoyed our stay and will be back for future visits. I realize it was out of YOUR control, but we were disappointed that the fireworks were cancelled this year and may not be back in coming years.

Willie nice view, good location, clean and comfy.

This property comfortably accommodated our group of 6. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony taking in the peaceful sights of the lake. No problems! Easy check- in & check out. Our condo had all the things we needed. Comfortable beds, enough room, extra things in case you forgot something for your boat. We used the outdoor community grill & pool. No complaints. Beautiful view of Pelican Bay, & so close to LandShark for fun dining & pool. We used LakeTime RV campground boat launch, super close & EASY launch for our boat. We had a fabulous stay!

Perfect Location

We were so happy with our stay that we booked an extra night! The condo was just as advertised and location was even better. The owners Art and Carrie were very responsive and helpful throughout our whole stay. Our boat rental was a short walk away and fishing was amazing for the kids along the docks. The condo was spacious and also offered a grill. Many restaurants and activities are within 10 minutes. This is a great spot to enjoy the Lake of the Ozarks!

Memorable Trip

My family and I really enjoyed our trip to the Lake, and our condo was nothing short of fantastic! It was tastefully decorated, had everything we needed and the views of the lake from the balcony and the master bedroom were amazing. The only down side was the pool wasn't available on Sunday, but that was due to a pump issue and was no,one's fault. We would definitely recommend to family and friends, and hope to visit again some day. Thanks Art, and Carrie!

Good jumping off point for the lake
