The detached holiday home is rustically furnished. The property is located in a holiday home settlement. The residence is popular due to the view from the property onto the forests and its quiet and sunny location at the edge of the forest. Available for exclusive use: barbecue facility, garden furniture, and campfire site. A tennis court is available at the house (for shared use with holiday home CSR EZG 027).

Your holiday house consists of 2 floors, 6 rooms (from which 3 bedrooms), is 180 sqm and can accommodate up to 12 persons. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. On colder days your holiday house can be heated with electric heating and central heating (wood/coal). Direct heating + the possibility of additional heating in a tiled stove The entrance leads over 2 steps directly in the hallway. two entrances The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Dining room 18 sqm and with 3 single beds and at couch/sofa. Living room / bedroom as intersecting room and with 2 single beds, fireplace, dinette and TV. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. Kitchen as intersecting room and with dinette, electric cooker (4 plates), oven, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine and electric water boiler. The dinette offers space for 4 persons. Bathroom with bathtub, 1 washbasin, WC, window and washing machine. Separate toilet with WC.
Upper floor: Living room with lounge and TV. Bedroom with 2 single beds and 2 additional beds at bunk bed (upstairs). Bedroom with 3 single beds. Kitchen as intersecting room and with dinette, electric cooker (4 plates), oven, refrigerator (freezer), microwave and electric water boiler. The dinette offers space for 8 persons. You have access to the balcony. Bathroom with shower and 1 washbasin. Separate toilet with WC. Bedroom

Rotava, 560 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on a 1000 sqm enclosed garden plot with a lawn, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Holiday House CSR EZG 027 (6 people) is located on the adjacent plot. Access is via a side street (paved, length 100 m). Parking (for 4 cars) on the property.

Runter gewirtschaftet

Lage war sehr idyllisch, dass Haus selbst alt aber es hatte einen schönen Charme. Nur leider war das Inventar eine Katastrophe, auf den Tischen war schon der Lack ab, zwischen den Fliesen fehlte die Fugenmasse. Das Sofa komplett durch das man halb auf dem Boden saß. In diversen Ecken fand man auch Insekten Fäkalien. Alt ist ok aber dies war einfach alles kaputt und verdreckt. Erst auf Nachfrage haben wir den Schlüssel für ein weiteres Zimmer bekommen obwohl wir das ganze Haus gebucht haben, aber das Zimmer war auch nicht nutzbar. Der Preis für so ein Objekt ist nicht gerechtfertigt. Leider kann die Bilder nicht anhängen..

Männerwochenende

Wir waren als Männergruppe übers Wochenende in Rotava. Die Unterkunft ist im großen und ganzen in Ordnung, etwas frische Farbe an den Wänden und ein neuer Fußboden können das ganze noch verbessern. Das Objekt liegt direkt am Wald in sehr ruhiger Lage, man hat also seine Ruhe und stört selbst auch niemanden. Für kleine Gruppen eine gute Unterkunft.

Sehr schönes großes Ferienhaus, 4 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder, 2 Küchen. Ofenheizung mit Holz (Kachelofen), aber zusätzlich div. E-Heizungen. Kein Luxus, aber alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Schöne Lage, schöne Außenanlage mit Grillplatz und Feuerstätte. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt wieder. Schlüsselübergabe war problemlos, ebenfalls die Abrechnung.
