This was in a great location but it is loud especially with the construction. Being able to walk to King Street was great. The place is well stocked and clean. It does take awhile to get hot water to the sinks but it is an older property. I would definitely consider this property again.Thank you!

The hosts failed to state the property is right next door to very large construction project with very loud pile-driving going on. It shook the apartment. Also the space in need of some maintenance. Second bath toilet seat loose and shower exhaust fan very loud. Dishwasher not installed correctly and the unit has very low water pressure. Had to wait 5 minutes for hot water to arrive at faucets.
All the comforts of home! Although we did a lot of walking around the city, there is literally enough to do in just a few blocks radius of this rental. Highly recommend.

This was a good place to stay. It is right off King a street but not close to most activities in Charleston.

We are so happy to know you enjoyed your accommodations! Yes, we are located on Upper King Street so very close to all of the shops and restaurants but most of the water activities are on the other end of King Street. We are about 20 minutes to Folly Beach, Sullivans Island and about 30 minutes to North Charleston and Isle of Palms. We do hope to host you again soon!
My daughter and her bridesmaids loved this condo. It's in a great location withn walking distance to everything. It was beautifully decorated and communication with property management was great.
The place was great! Most comfortable bed and pillows in any place I have stayed! Good location right across the bridge from my pleasant and walking distance to king street. Only hiccup is the dog fee is pricy 250 and wasn’t stated on the original post, but after we stayed we all agreed the price was worth it cause it was very comfortable and convienent stay. Host was super easy to get a hold of. Great showers! Wonderful stay! Would recommend for sure and would stay again for sure!
Location is great - easy walk to King Street, history district, etc. Easy drive to Riverfront Park for the Scottish Games and a late lunch at Folly Beach (Rita's restaurant - great service and a delicious lunch). Very Clean and quiet. Beds are were very comfortable.
