Parking was on site for the one car, but we had to park away for the second car about .4 mile walk but very pleasant walk. We had stairs to our apartment on the second floor we managed them well. Water pressure was not as high as we are used to, but it was ok. All else was very fine

The location was great except there is a very large construction project happening close by. There were lots of construction trucks going back and forth during the day. Fortunately we were mostly away during those times but if you want to sleep in this isn’t the place for you! But the space worked for us and we’d stay again once the construction is over!

Another couple went with us to Charleston for a vacation. This place was perfect for us as we each had our own en-suite bathroom. The location was very convenient to everything which made it quite easy to get around. The beds were quite comfortable as well. It was a great stay at Spring Street! I would highly recommend for a visit to Charleston.
The location was great, coffee shops and restaurants walking distance. The place was clean and had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for family visit to charleston. Very clean and spacious 2 bedroom apt for such a good price and close to town. Convenient to downtown charleston, and also close to the highways out of town. This unit is on 2nd floor so just need to carry suitcases and bags up a flight of stairs.

We enjoyed our stay in this clean and very aesthetic location. We were able to walk to food and shopping.
The walls are thin and the individuals beside us were really loud the first night, but having the noise canceling machines in each room helped.
We would definitely stay here again.
Short Walk to bars and restaurants and about a mile walk to the center of all the action. Parking spot was great to have too! Place was clean and bright with comfortable beds. Small bed and bathrooms, but nicely done.

We loved our stay in this cozy and clean 2 bedroom unit. We had 2 couples and loved that we had our own bathrooms off of each bedroom. The beds were very comfortable and the sound machines made for the perfect night's sleep! The location was perfect. Just a short walk to King St. Property manager was very responsive.

This was perfect spot for us! The VRBO is equipped with everything you need, the beds are so comfy, and the location is great with off street parking and a very nice patio! Also, only 3 minute walk from/ to the Hyatt where our daughter stays for business, which was the reason for our visit. My husband and I wanted to show our close friends the beautiful highlights of Charleston. Our townhouse was perfect. Was clean, bright and beautiful. Walls were a bit thin and we could hear guests a few times but nothing we couldn’t deal with. Would highly recommend!
The accommodations were very comfortable, updated ammenties and clean. perfectly located for a walk to King St restaurants and the Harbor. Great bagel place on Spring St for an inexpensive breakfast.
The only issue the bathroom Vanity sinks water pressure very low which was annoying and noise from the other occupants-thin walls we could hear the music and conversation.
I would book again.
