Relaxed stay

Frédéric is a lovely host. The house is brand new offering lots of comfort including state of the art A/C. The huge salt water pool is great and the view from the terrace outstanding. Cotignac is a charming little village with very friendly people offering all you need.

Wonderful new house in beautiful country side setting

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful new home. The view from the patio of the French countryside was beautiful. The modern design was also comfortable with all new appliances. Proximity to Cotignac was a plus. We definitely recommend this property.

This summer we did spend a week in Frederic's house. It has been a really amazing week! The house is really luxurious and every room has got airconditioning, which is quite pleasant concerning the high temperatures. The house is situated really nice on top of a hill. The view from above into the valley is really stunning, nice sunsets to watch. The swimming pool is really beautiful and quite big. Our kids really enjoyed themselves and so did we! The surrounding of Cotignac is really beautiful with nice markets around, lovely restaurant and many sightseeing occasions. We definitely will come back one day! Frederic and his team are really friendly and willing to do almost anything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Due to the fact that Frederic speaks English very well we contacted a lot with him, but the manager of the house, Rose, is also a really friendly lady. She only spea, so for us harder to understand. If you haven't been there, I would really recommend you to go....

Valérie et Frédéric nous ont réservé un accueil très souple et extrêmement chaleureux. La maison et son cadre sont exceptionnels, tout près du très beau village de Cotignac auquel ont peut accéder à pied par une balade d’une quinzaine de mn.Nous avons passé là un wkend magique.
