The place was clean and comfortable. The host was very helpful. I would say the only negative would be if someone had trouble with stairs and the parking is just across the road.Nice and convenient to the downtown area.

She’ll island suite is the perfect spot downtown. Less than a 5 min walk from a ton of restaurants, bars and coffee shops. Couldn’t have asked for a better location for a quick trip to Wilmington. As a solo traveler I felt very safe in the area as well. Joel was super responsive and communicative, which I appreciated! Don’t hesitate to book!

Great place to stay! Responsive host. Close to the riverwalk. We had a hard time finding it because we arrived after dark and the photo in the description is of the place across the street. It would be so easy to find knowing it is right above Tarantelli's restaurant.
