Work from home or come to play at this waterfront single family home with great view of intercoastal waterway and the Sebastian inlet. Enjoy your morning coffee and sunrises on the private dock. Enjoy numerous hours of fun in the lighted and heated pool. Back yard is completely fenced and gated. Property also offers a corn toss court. Numerous fruit trees that guests can enjoy. Home is completely updated and has a bright open single level floor plan.

Property is 1 mile north of the Sebastian River bridge and quaint Indian River Dr. Enjoy waterfront restaurants or local fine dining opportunities. Activities and POI's include Beaches (Coco, Melbourne Beach, Vero, and Sebastian inlet), Disney Orlando (1:20 drive), Disney Vero Beach (10 miles), Sebastian Inlet Park/museum, Bike the Jungle trail or Malabar trails, Charter fishing, boat rentals, River Cruises, Air boat rides, Brevard Zoo, Port St. Lucie river boardwalk, Cape Canaveral launches and tours, antiquing, golf (Sandridge, Sebastian municipal, Habitat), pickle ball (Sebastian municipal), fishing off the dock, and or bring your own boat and tie it up. SUP paddle boards (2) are available for rent.


Guests agree to the following prior to booking:
-Cars must be in driveway and cannot be parked in yard/street or at neighbors.
-Pets are not allowed on furniture and droppings must be cleaned from the yard.
-No animals are allowed in the pool, a fee of $75 will be charged if pet hair found in the filtration.
-Non-disclosed pets will be considered a major house rule violation and may result in dismissal from the property.
-Smoking/Vaping is Only Allowed Outside and must be thrown away in the outdoor garbage cans.
-This is a quiet family neighborhood - no loud music/parties/large gatherings.
-Linen must be used on the living room couch if used for sleeping.
-Guests are expected to clean up spills and keep rooms tidy. Floors should be mopped and swept if needed due to spills, foot tracks, or pets.
-Pool toys need to be kept out of the pool when not in use so it can be serviced weekly.
-Any and all damage needs to be reported immediately.
-Guests are not permitted to exceed listed occupancy in accordance with local laws.
-Guests will be asked to leave the residence for significant violations (in accordance with house, local, and state laws) and do so with the understanding they will not be refunded their deposit or any remaining nights on their reservation.

Sebastian Hideaway

Clean house right on the intercoastal. The dock is SHALLOW, as in unusable for anything more than a flats boat. A/C following a schedule kept the house warmer than we liked in the summer.Would stay again.

House was very clean. Loved the outdoor pool without the Florida room. We've used VRBO for years now and this was the best stocked kitchen we've ever had plus they had a grill. Will definitely save this listing for future stays.

Overall, great property, easy to check in and description was spot on. Highway 1 is very busy so it could be challenging to get across the road to the dock at times. Also wish, there was more beach to walk by the dock. Pretty limited use. House was very clean, and just the perfect size. Pool was great and very warm for the kiddos. I would recommend property to others.

Perfect Labor Day Getaway!

What a fabulous property! Our family of four and our two Goldendoodles had such an amazing weekend! This house is in the perfect location for doing everything or doing nothing, depending on your preference. The house was spotless with everything you need for meal prep and grilling and when we didn’t feel like cooking we went to many of the fantastic seafood restaurants located about 7 minutes down the road. We enjoyed the huge yard, cornhole game, and sparkling pool! The dock was an absolute highlight for me. I sat out there multiple times per day with my coffee or a beverage and saw a variety of fish, dolphin, rays, birds, and even a small shark. We also enjoyed nearby activities including Pelican Island, the beach at Sebastian Inlet State Park, and jet skiing in the Indian River. Our whole family can’t wait to return.

Look no further!

Where to begin?! Renting this home absolutely MADE our vacation. Not only was the house beautiful, the back yard- complete with lime trees, palm trees, and banana trees, the heated pool, and the private dock- they made for a total dream of a time. Honestly besides going out to dinner we had little reason to even leave the property! Starting the morning watching dolphins off the dock with our coffee was amazing. (And we also spotted manatee, sheepshead, snook, flounder, skates, mullet, pufferfish, and of course pelicans!). Then we’d spend a few hours poolside with a book or a glass of wine, have dinner at the outdoor table, and watch the stars under the palm trees. Inside the home had everything we needed and then some. Fully stocked kitchen/grill outside with all the tools, ect ect . The California King bed was memory foam and so comfy. And the owner/manager of the property we’re SO nice, welcoming, and made communication a breeze! Would strongly recommend this home to anyone. Couples, families, groups, young, old. You quite literally can’t go wrong. The area itself was also lovely. Beautiful beaches, parks, walking trails, amazing restaurants, even treasure museums! Thank you to the owner and the property manager! We’ll be booking again for sure!

Better than Advertised

Took family ( age range 12 (grandson) - 61 ( my old self) on a short vacation to the other coast. Younger family's biggest worry was not enough tv's on property, as the ad sounded like 1, possibly 2 . Well, upon arrival, there are 3, so they are happy. Not me, though, because I want us to be outside, but definitely not because of the house. The house was beautiful, cozy and comfortable. The beds huge and extremely sleep-friendly. The outdoors was even better. Nice, large, clean, pool. You didn't have a need to actually leave the property. You can fish right across the street. So many nice restaurants and beaches in the area. We went to many beaches and even more restaurants. Anything you need was minutes away. Went to 2 treasure museums, admission to each just a couple dollars. Felt guilty about the check-in process. Had no need to contact Craig for anything, so easy I thought I was neglecting him.Only complaints : Couldn't get a few appliances to work, but that may have been my laziness to hit proper power switches. Nothing I really needed, though. My biggest two complaints, totally unrelated to the property : the ocean ate my sunglasses and we tried every open seafood restaurant and they were all out of crab, after we promised grandson crab dinner. Oh well, he will just have to learn to deal with the disappointment, we enjoyed our meals, lol ! ( we got him crab dinner on the way home ). Overall, such an easy check in, check out, family uses vrbo often and I was stunned at the ease of this property. A strong 5 of 5, fantastic family experience , very highly recommended.

Great location, we walked to the dock every morning and night, saw dolphins, rays, and even a small shark. The pool was so great to relax in, we had plenty space, beds were very comfy, Craig was so nice and anything we needed he was right on it. Would highly recommend this home and we will rent it again.

Your Very Own Paradise

From the start Craig was fantastic with communication and attentive to every request. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. Great home for a fun family and dog friendly vacation. What a breeze!

We were looking for a quick get away from the West Coast of FL. with a few family members and my dogs. This stay was clean and the beds were super comfortable. The backyard was perfect for my dogs and the pool was great with an AWESOME breeze from the Indian River across the street. We were a bit disappointed with the dock being across the street of US-1 so it was NOT something you can walk across to get to the dock with the traffic. We had to contact the owner for an issue and he was very quick to respond and was super friendly. We enjoyed our stay with my dogs and that made our family stay wonderful.
