Gorgeous house right on Caney Creek doesn’t get much better than this! Enjoy having a beer while fishing, crabbing, or just watching the beautiful sunset right off the dock. You're just a few miles from Sargent Beach or restaurants. Matagorda Bay offers some great fishing adventures! Redfish, Trout, Flounder, Shark, Red Snapper so many great varieties of fish! The home sits on a huge lot and the Cornelius Ranch view across the creek makes for a spectacular sunset. Great screened-in porch under the home to enjoy playing darts or grilling your catch of the day! The second story deck is also a great place to eat your meal or read a book. You won’t want to leave and can’t wait to be back! There is a wonderful park just a mile up the road with a playground and basketball courts available if want to tire the kids out or just feel like sliding!
