Wonderful location and space. Loved that it was right on the water. It has everything we needed.Easy navigation to great restaurants and downtown Annapolis.We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub the night of our arrival and Laura was kind enough to turn it on before our arrival so that it was ready to go!We would book this again.

Our second time here and won't be our last. Great place for a relaxing get away. Location is spectacular and patio is essentially in the water. Host is very cognizant of their guests and their privacy. Plenty of food options in close proximity (highly recommend black market bakery), but there is a grill and fully stocked kitchen if you want to prepare your own meals like we did. The host is quick to respond with any questions you may have. The hot tub and kayaks provide entertainment for all adventure levels. Can't wait to visit again!

Spectacular place with amazing views. Modern apartment with all of the necessary amenities and then some. We will definitely be back and will be recommending to friends and family. The host clearly cares about her guests' experience.

The apartment is even better than described. The view is beautiful. The unit is very spacious for two people. It is well appointed and extremely clean. Sit at the dock and watch the Wednesday night sailboat races! Very close to town and really good restaurants. Quiet water park nearby for trail walking. We have stayed 3 separate times and look forward to another visit to Bay View. Host is exceptional. Very responsive!

Laura was an amazing host! Any questions I had she responded very quickly. The house was beautiful and we loved the peaceful location. We really enjoyed our morning dips in the hot tub overlooking the Chesapeake.. it was an easy walk to the water taxi to go to downtown Annapolis. Everything was perfect!

Beautiful Place to stay!

Perfect location. Short drive to downtown Annapolis. We enjoyed just sitting on the patio area enjoying the water. House was very nice and had everything we needed.

Beautiful home and very relaxing. We had a great time visiting our “plebe no more” for Herndon climb. My daughter and her friends did their laundry from Sea Trials and, unfortunately, left a fair amount of sand. The owner was very understanding. I would highly recommend.

Very relaxing location right on the Chesapeake shore. We saw deer and a fox on the property, Only 15 minute drive to downtown Annapolis and even nearer to a "Giant" supermarket. All the amenities and appliances are there for a comfortable stay.
