This was our second stay at Sonya's condo so we knew just what to expect and weren't disappointed. Sonya is a great host. The unit was very clean and the kitchen worked well for some basic cooking. We did wish there was more than one bath and beach towel per person for a full weeks stay as we didn't really want to give up beach time to spend on laundry. The washer/dryer on the floor were in high demand. Would highly recommend bringing extras of your own, as well as other staples that were minimally provided (toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher tabs, etc). We would not hesitate to stay here again.

The condo was great! The rooms were furnished nicely, the beds were very comfortable, and the entire condo was well maintained and clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. Although the condo did not have its own washer and dryer, there was a room by the elevators on the same floor that had a commercial grade washer and dryer to use which was very nice. Communication with Sonya was excellent. The building was very well maintained, and the staff were very friendly. The pool was very nice, and the outdoor area was always kept clean. We did not have any issues during our stay. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Our stay was fantastic. We’ve vacationed at Wrightsville for years and this was our favorite rental by far. The conveniences including 2 parking spots, pool with restrooms right on the beach, and beach items including chairs, towels and umbrella made beach days feel easy. We rented surfboards and there was a storage rack in the pool area. The kitchen was well stocked though could use more Tupperware for storing leftovers. We prefer to eat in and the rental allowed us to make all our meals at home. I particularly appreciated having the blender as well. Our daughter loved the decor in her room and we slept well in the large bed with ocean views. The complex was very clean, quiet, and felt very safe.The rental is conveniently located and we barely used our vehicle. We would absolutely recommend and hope to stay here for all our future visits!

Great place for a beach getaway

We stayed here while other family members stayed at various places. We were the favorite place because of the pool and the beautiful view of the ocean - would book again next time I go back to Wrightsville!

Fabulous Getaway

What a fabulous vacation! Views were amazing! Restaurants were delicious! The gardens were perfect!The glitch with check-in was a spousal error in looking in the right spot for the information but our hostess was available and able to get us back on track. All our fault.
