This community offers a private walkover to the PRIVATE beach that is usable by only owners & their guests. On the map, this community abuts Deer Lake State Park and its rare coastal dune lake. Your home has a balcony off the living room, as well as, the upstairs master bedroom that overlooks the ocean.

Our dream has always been to own a home on 30A. My husband and I get a goal when our babies were born that we would buy a home so we could build memories at our favorite place. In March 2020 we closed on our first home on 30A in Walton Dunes. We love this community so much that we jumped on the opportunity to purchase another one. We love this location/beach/community/home SO much and can't wait for you to see it!
Why they chose this property
We named this home Shorely Blessed because when we are here it feels like the greatest blessing from God. The sunset views from this home are unbelievable! We fell in love with the serenity of Seagrove Beach and love the PRIVATE BEACH that is owned by our community Walton Dunes. When you visit this home you you can rest and enjoy the beauty and serenity of the Gulf of Mexico. The community is in a very quiet area of 30A, yet so close to the fun restaurants and activities the area offers.
What makes this property unique
This home offers one of the most amazing views of the sun setting over the Gulf of Mexico. It's breathtaking!
