Excellent stay all the way around. Gorgeous property and home - loved all the rooms and amenities. We cooked a big family dinner and had guests over on the back patio - perfect setting. The host was MORE than responsive - Kathryn let us take our family to the listing before our stay graciously. Highly recommend and will stay again next time in Sewanee. You wont be disappointed.

Girls weekend getaway

We have a group of friends since college that get together every year- and this was a great spot for it. Sewanee and Monteagle are beautiful, and this property is the perfect location to them. Fabulous home! Great location!

Kathryn’s home is beautiful and was very comfortable for our group of six. Very well stocked with everything that we needed - and located close to everything in Sewanee. We enjoyed hiking trails and lots of Sewanee baseball. Kathryn was very accommodating and responded quickly - even checking in the first day to make sure that we had everything that we needed. We have already booked our second trip to this wonderful home!

I chose this neighborhood because it’s close to everything I love about Sewanee—just a five-minute drive to campus, but tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. The community here is warm and welcoming, and there’s a small-town charm that makes it feel like home. I love the trails, the local art and shops, the natural beauty all around, and the chance to catch a sunset at Morgan’s Steep. This place is full of people I admire—friends, mentors, and neighbors who make Sewanee truly special.
