Summary:

This beautiful home sits in a private residential area. It has 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, spa including sauna indoor swim up jacuzzi cold plunge steam room, movie theater, pool table, living & dining room, high-end appliances and kitchen with full 12’x4’ waterfall quartz island plus a subzero wine cooler two beverage coolers and a ice maker, fireplace, gym, BBQ, heated pool , and Sonos entertainment throughout the house. Front porch and patio deck for a total 7000sf + of pure luxury.



The Space:

Tons of privacy and abundance of natural light!

Master bedroom is located on the first floor. Two guest bedrooms are also on first floor, one large bedroom is upstairs and one guest bedroom is in the basement.



Small pets allowed for a fee. No smoking. No parties. Must comply with town noise ordinances. Families/couples only.

Located just a short drive from both ocean and bay beaches, this Hamptons retreat offers effortless access to the best of the East End. Spend your days basking in the sun at beautiful Hampton Bays shores - just 10 to 15 minutes away.

Guests enjoy seamless travel connections via the Hampton Bays and Westhampton train stations, each within a 15-minute drive.

Everyday essentials are equally close at hand: a full-service shopping center and a 24/7 pharmacy are just 5 to 10 minutes away.

- Pet fee $250 per pet, per stay. If you have more than 1 pet, please let us know in advance.



- Pool heating fee $175 per day.



- Spa use per day $350 per day. Includes steam room, sauna and indoor jacuzzi.



- We provide a starter supply of essentials for your convenience. Please note that these items are not replenished during your stay.

Great East Quogue Property

We were a group of 8 adults - 4 couples staying Thurs-Sun. The house is just as pictured: lots of great amenities and open layout on the main level. The updated house feels very fresh. I was a bit nervous since it was a non-refundable booking but it turned out great! Would 100% recommend. Only 2 complains 1) communication with the host was bare minimum (I had to ask for checkin, wifi, and checkout information). Basically if you need to know anything you must message the host. 2) The layout of the bathrooms to bedrooms are not 1:1 so 2 of our couples had to share a bathroom, but not the end of the world. The basement including FULL gym with LOTS of equipment, pool table, movie room is amazing. There is an indoor pool (maybe hot tub but we couldn't find how to heat it. Again, no information provided). Overall I definitely recommend.

Perfect Stay

The host of this home and his staff were sheer perfection. I came here to relax and that is exactly what I accomplished. From the first class, well-stocked kitchen to the professionally equipped gym and pool area to the well maintained technical details like all whole-house audio and the Apple TV with perfectly functioning Wi-Fi, my stay here was a dream. It was exactly what I needed. The best parts about the stay from my point of view was a) that the home was pristinely clean and b) The host was extremely responsive and always kind and polite. I cannot recommend this home enough.
