Great cottage with pool and pleasant comfort.



Welcome to this extensively equipped accommodation that offers you a special comfort. The discreet owner lives demarcated on the first floor.



In the courtyard you will find the pool, perfect for refreshment on hot days. and a small play area for children. Also you will find a summer kitchen with barbecue, which makes the one or other convivial summer evening likely. Your accommodation goes over 2 floors, the ceiling height is partly a bit low.



The covered terrace in front of the entrance offers a wonderful view of the countryside. Be inspired to various activities in the nature around.



Two additional parking spaces can be found close to the house. Look forward to your time in this excellent vacation home!

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus, 2 Doppelzimmer im Untergeschoss, das 3 Doppelzimmer im Obergeschoss unter dem Dach, ist sehr heiß, der Eigentümer hat aber Lüfter zur Verfügung gestellt, muss man die ganze Nacht laufen lassen. Für 6 Personen ausreichend. Eigentümer wohnt mit auf Grundstück, hält sich allerdings sehr zurück, man merkt sie überhaupt nicht. Alles im Haus vorhanden was man zum Urlaub benötigt, wer meckert, der soll zu Hause bleiben. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt:)

Das Haus ist genau wie beschrieben und in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand. Der große Pool wird zweimal in der Woche gereinigt, die Vermieterin ist nett und die Schlüsselübergabe war problemlos.Negativ war das ständige Bellen der Hunde was einen entspannten Pooltag unmöglich machte.

A beautiful vacation home

A first-class vacation home which we enjoyed tremendously during a one-week stay in July 2021. It offered everything we needed for a family of five (three children between the ages of 8 and 12). We all enjoyed the large and very clean pool, breakfasts and dinners on the terrace, the warm welcome by the owner as well as the beautiful places to visit in Istria and beyond. We are looking forward to returning to this house on a future trip.

Für uns war es perfekt, gerne wieder.

Wie wurden freundlich empfangen und direkt eingewiesen. Das Haus war sehr sauber und genau so wie auf den Bildern und im Text beschrieben. 2x in der Woche wurde der Pool gereinigt. Kontakt zum Vermieter war jederzeit möglich. Allerdings tat es uns persönlich gut, dass wir die 10 Tage die wir gebucht hatten, auch wirklich für uns hatten und erst zum Verabschieden uns wieder mit den Vermietern getroffen haben. Wir empfehlen es gerne weiter :)

Jeder Zeit wieder

Das Objekt war wie beschrieben. Große Schlafzimmer mit Fliegengitter. Der Pool wird Montags und Freitags gereinigt, im Sommer ein Traum. Leider liegt das Anwesen etwas Abseits aber mit dem Auto kein Problem. Wenn man die Fresken in der kleinen Kirche ansehem will sollte man beachten das man den Schlüssel dafür bei der Tourist Information holen muss, diese ist nur von 11- 15 Uhr geöffnet.. Sehr nette Vermieterin.
