Gite in the owners' house, on the ground floor with independent access from the outside. Living room-kitchen lounge area, satellite TV, Bluetooth speaker, one bedroom (1 double bed 160 x 200 cm), one cabin bedroom (2 bunk beds 80 x 190 cm), bathroom (shower), separate WC. No opening to the outside for the 2 bedrooms, but a second day window overlooking the living room. Sheltered terrace and private garden. Private parking for 1 car. NON-SMOKING GITE. On the ground floor of their house, the layout of this slightly underground cottage has been designed in a practical and comfortable way, optimizing the space. The pleasantly flowered outdoor space encourages relaxation. Sheets, household linen and bathroom linen are included. The beds are made upon your arrival. In winter a shuttle (by reservation) will take you to the surrounding ski resorts. Let yourself be charmed by the beautiful photos in all 4 seasons! In love with this region of Haute-Maurienne that he explores on foot or on skis, Jean-Luc, a professional photographer, captures moments of this wild nature and sublimates all their beauty for the pleasure of the eyes.
