In the heart of Istria, in a picturesque village, far from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, is this rustic stone house, which is an ideal offer for two families or a larger group of friends. It consists of 2 living units with separate entrances. Just enjoy the day on the shady terrace, have fun in the pool or infrared sauna. Take long walks, explore the surrounding places by bike, have a picnic on a meadow or go to the beach. Four bicycles are at your disposal. Just enjoy the healthy country life in Istria and relax your body and soul. In Barban you can visit many monuments from the Baroque, as well as the Gothic period, such as the frescoes and the Glagolitic records, the churches and palaces, as well as the city walls and the knight competition "Trka na prstenac". We recommend visiting the stalactite cave in Baredine.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in dem Haus. Alles war sehr sauber und die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich. Lediglich der abgelegenen Lage sollte man sich bewusst sein. Man braucht überallhin mind. 30-45 Minuten mit dem Auto. Das war uns aber klar und deshalb haben wir es auch gebucht. Wir haben die Ruhe vor Ort sehr genossen und viele schöne Städtchen am Meer mit dem Auto besucht. Es war unser 1. Urlaub in Kroatien, aber sicher nicht unser letzter. :-)

Zelfs de bedden worden tussendoor verschoond, elke maandag komen ze het zwembad en de jacuzzi nakijken, schoonmaken en de water kwaliteit controleren. Ook tijdens jammer genoeg een paar koude dagen. Kom je thuis en heeft de gastvrouw de kachel aangezet en de kamer was heerlijk op temperatuur.In één woord geweldig huis.

Wunderbarer Erholungsurlaub

Wir waren als Familie mit 3 Kindern in dem Haus und dafür war es einfach perfekt. Es war ausreichend Platz vorhanden und auch sonst hat es uns an nicht gefehlt. Wir waren etwas zu früh angereist, dennoch konnten wir bereits in das Haus. Der Pool und Whirlpool sind fantastisch und haben eine super Größe, außerdem wird beides alle 3 Tage gereinigt. In dem Ort ist man abgeschieden, dennoch gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt 5 min zu Fuß entfernt und mit dem Auto erreicht man verschiedene sehr gute Restaurants innerhalb von 10 bis 15 min. Es waren genügend Handtücher und Badetücher vorhanden, die auch nach einer Woche ausgewechselt wurden. Was uns etwas gefehlt hat, wäre ein Toaster gewesen, aber wir haben auch nicht danach gefragt. Die Frau die sich um das Objekt kümmert hat uns mit eigenen Bio Eiern und Bio Gemüse sowie fantastischem Olivenöl zu einem sehr guten Preis versorgt. Man sollte wissen, dass die Vermieterin gleich nebenan wohnt, die ab und zu mal vorbei schaut und nachfragt ob alles in Ordnung ist. Ansonsten gibt es keine Nachbarn und man kann niemanden stören, was mit Kindern einfach toll ist. Wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Wunderschöne Oase in Istriens Herz

Für uns war das Haus einfach eine perfekte Oase! Die Anlage befindet sich in einem superguten Zustand - komplett renoviert, alle Bäder sind neu gemacht, die Matrazen sind neu, die Fotos aus der Anzeige sind eher ein Understatement. Das Herzstück des Gartens ist der wunderschöne Pool und der Whirlpool, was wir beides sehr ausgiebig genutzt haben. Die Lage ist sehr dörflich, das muss man wissen - wir wollten das auch so. In Saini gibt es einen kleinen Laden, in dem man alles notwendige bekommt. Für größere Einkäufe muss man nach Vodnjan (15 bis 20 Minuten entfernt) oder Pula (ca. 30 Minuten entfernt) fahren. Mit dem Auto kommt man in Istrien innerhalb von 30 bis 40 Minuten fast überall hin. Istrien an sich begeistert durch sehr schöne historische Städte und durch grünstige Preise. Man kann wunderbar Essen gehen, durch die Städte schlendern und die Seele baumeln lassen. Schöne Strände wiederum mussten wir eher suchen - wir sind immer auf gut Glück zu unterschiedlichen Stellen gefahren - da empfiehlt sich dann doch eine kleine Recherche. Wir sind dann aber noch am Felsenstand in Pula fündig geworden, der uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sie wohnt auf dem Gelände, ist aber quasi unsichtbar. ---- Zu bemängeln ist die Kommunikation mit Fewo Direkt und auch Novasol Deutschland, über die wir gebucht haben. Zu erreichen war dort niemand. Weiterhin vermittelt FeWo direkt nur im Auftrag von Novasol, was aus der Anzeige nicht hervorging - wenn mann dann ohne Info einen großen Geldbetrag nach der Buchung an eine Fremdfirma (Novasol nicht wie erwartet FeWo direkt) überweisen muss ist das schon mehr als fragwürdig... Direkte Fragen zur Einreise nach Kroatien (Covid-19) mussten wir letztendlich mit der Vermieterin klären, die uns auch an Novasol Kroatien weitergeleitet hat. Hier kamen direkt Rückrufe aus Kroatien von Novasol, die Mitarbeiter dort waren sehr zuvorkommend und sprechen auch perfekt deutsch oder englisch. Fewo direkt und Novasol Deutschland sind wegen nichtverfügbarkeit nach unserer Erfahrung ein Totalausfall (leider kann man hier nicht null Sterne vergeben) - sry, normalerweise kritisieren wir ungern, aber das muss einfach gesagt werden.
