This is truly a distinctive property- lovely inside and out. The lush backyard and gardens are unlike any other property we have enjoyed. The birdsong and night noises are enchanting. Proximity to Volcano National Park a huge bonus.

It’s a nice place. Pretty much as advertised. If you have young kids know that the second bedroom is a separate unit downstairs with a separate entrance and door to lock. The treehouse is 5 minutes from the Volcano park, which was great.

The treehouse was a fun spot and very lose to the park. The beds were very comfortable and the unit was well equipped. We love that they labeled all the light switches. The fireplace was so nice.

Magical Volcano Retreat

Reviewer Comments: Waking up in the forest to the sounds of birds everywhere is truly paradise.We enjoyed staying in this unique home with amazing proximity to Volcano National Park. The home was perfect for two couples, the downstairs is very private, the kitchen is easy to work in, and the deck is beautiful.The town of Volcano has a great Farmer's Market and we enjoyed a delicious Thai meal from the restaurant around the corner.We would definitely stay again if we return to the area!

We enjoyed our stay here! It was perfect for our family of 4. It was a short drive to Volcano National Park and about a 45 minute drive to Hilo. Everything was clean and looked like the pictures. We would stay here again.
