Gorgeous interior and grounds. Perfect location to explore the volcano area. No lava fountains though so guess we have to come back! The kitchen is very well stocked, in fact the entire house was, including some great books. Truly enjoyed the flora and fauna, also the sounds of the frogs and rain to fall asleep to. Nice table for our game night which is sometimes hard to find a location to play cards comfortably for 4 people.

Possibly the most beautiful home I have stayed in. So beautifully situated and nestled in an extraordinary garden. It even has its own lovely pheasants and beautiful birds that come to perch on tree ferns in the morning. Quiet and peaceful with only bird song and the charming coci frogs singing, it is a haven. the kitchen is beautiful! Veronica, the host was so responsive and informative. Communication was easy and relaxed. I wish I could live there permanently. A short hop to Volcano (5 minutes). Really, I could not recommend it more highly!

Very convenient location for seeing all of the Park! We were able to catch part of an eruption. Stayed there twice in 2 weeks with different family members….good for both kids, young adults and Grandma. Loved the touch of birdseed on the porch to bring in those Saffron Finches and Kalij Pheasants!

The house was perfect for our family of 5. The kitchen had everything we needed, and there was plenty of room for us to hang out together, both inside and out. And we definitely made use of the full sized washer and dryer. Our host was very responsive to my questions beforehand. We didn't have any issues during the stay, but I'm sure we would have had no trouble reaching her if we had.De

The house was in a beautiful setting. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and watching the birds and chickens. The house was decorated very nicely with cute decor. Kitchen was well stocked and plenty of linens and towels for our stay. The house is just a few minutes away from the entrance to Volcano National Park. We missed the latest eruption, but got to experience all of the tephra that came down in the area! We would stay here again!
