Welcome to "Noho Maluhia" – your serene retreat near Hawaii's Volcanoes National Park! This spacious 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom home is an ideal haven for large groups, school outings, or business retreats.
🌟 First Floor Highlights:
-Game room with pool table, foosball, tic-tac-toe, and wall-mounted Connect 4.
-TV lounge area with retro gaming system and comfy seating.
Toddler Playroom : Bounce house, wall-mounted busy board, and soft play items to keep toddlers entertained.
-Mud room and two dedicated IG-worthy photo areas.
-First full bathroom for convenience.
🍳 Second Floor Features:
-Fully stocked kitchen with a complementary coffee bar.
-Light breakfast included. Breakfast items could include Pancake Mix, fruit, yogurt, & oatmeal.
-Sizable dining room with a handmade table for 12.
-Second full bathroom and indoor laundry room with brand-new Samsung appliances.
-Cozy living room with a large L-shaped couch, futon, TV, and custom hexagon sitting area.
-Bedroom with two full-sized beds and ample natural light.
🛏️ Third Floor Retreat:
-Remaining four bedrooms with exceptional treetop views.
-Three queen-sized bedrooms and one king-sized bedroom.
-All bedrooms equipped with a closet and extra futon mattress. Some rooms have desks & air mattresses are available upon request.
-Final full bathroom for added convenience.
🌳 Surroundings:
-Placed in the middle of a manicured ½ acre property.
-Surrounded by a rainforest with Ohia trees and Hapu'u Ferns.
-Cleared backyard area perfect for picnics, outdoor games, or contemplation.
-Chance sightings of birds like I’iwi and the Hawaiian Hawk called ʻIo.
Guests will have access to the entire home except owners' storage closets and a toddler playroom. The toddler playroom is available for groups who have children up to 4 years old. The toddler playroom must be reserved prior to your arrival. There is a driveway to accommodate up to 5 parked vehicles.
Volcano Hi is located at a higher elevation & it is very uncommon to have air conditioning. There are 3 motion sensored cameras on the exterior of the home for security purposes.
