It’s 40 m² with a separate bedroom. It is located on the 9th floor and offers splendid views of the sea. Partially renovated in 2023, it features comfortable and inviting furnishings. The living-dining room includes a sofa bed and a terrace facing the sea. The double bedroom has a 160 x 200 cm bed. The kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, a microwave with grill, and an electric coffee maker. The bathroom has a shower.
The apartment features: satellite TV with international channels and Wi-Fi, air conditioning and a heat pump/refrigerator, a washing machine, an iron, and a hair dryer.
The “Arenal” apartment complex is located across from Arenal Beach. In the centre of Calpe, right on the seafront. All necessary amenities are nearby.
Calpe is a charming town in the Valencian Community. It’s a popular holiday destination and has a population of about 25,000. It is located on the Mediterranean coast, 120 km south of Valencia and 60 km north of Alicante. Accessible via the AP-7 highway.
The Peñón de Ifach, one of the symbols of the Costa Blanca, rises from its coastline.
