Everything you will need for your vacation paradise!! This 2nd floor beautiful newly renovated 2 bedroom/2 bath condo on St. Petersburg's Beach desirable Isla del Sol is in the sought after VIsta Verde West Resort community. It is ideally located over one of the beautiful lakes and signature #8 golf hole. Sitting on your balcony, you will enjoy the tropical breezes and swaying palm trees. This spacious split bedroom floor plan has a generous open dining room and living room and features brand new stainless steel kitchen appliances, new counters, cabinets and lighting and a large breakfast bar. The two bathrooms have been renovated as well as new paint, trim and floors throughout the condo. This is a non smoking unit. The master suite is a private oasis with Tommy Bahama style furnishings, king bed, privacy shutters, and vaulted cathedral ceilings. The master also enjoys a large walk-in closet and a spacious bath with dual sinks. There are 3 TV’s total in both bedrooms as well as the living area. Guests will appreciate a private wing with a sunny king bedroom which can also be converted to two twin beds with walk-in closet and semi-private bathroom. This condo also features a queen sleeper sofa and a private parking space #44 plus additional guest parking spots. The island of Isla del Sol features a members-only golf course, clubhouse, fitness center, and marina. The pool and jacuzzi as well as the beach access to the Boca Ciego Bay are just a minute walk away from the unit. Just minutes from the beautiful Don CeSar Hotel and TripAdvisors award winning beaches of St. Petersburg Beach and Fort DeSoto Park. The Pinellas bike trail runs right in front of this complex and leads to miles of biking and walking trails throughout Pinellas County. Only a 13 minute car ride to downtown St. Petersburg with all its museums, wharf, shopping, live music, bars and fine restaurants. Only 25 minutes to Tampa's International Airport.

Wonderful 2nd floor condo. beautifully decorated and all the things needed. King beds in both bedrooms. Close to the pool and main highway as well as the walking bridge into St Pete Beach. Owners were great to communicate with. Wish our stay was longer.

We have zero complaints about this place, very clean, tastefully decorated, comfortable beds, everything you need while staying there. The patio is very private with a beautiful view and a great breezy. Beautiful location, close parking and a very nice pool We did meet the owners because we couldn’t figure out the tv’s, they replied to our text quickly and personally came over to show us without hesitation. Beautiful Condo in a Perfect Location

Everything about this condo was perfect … the communication with the owners, the description and cleanliness of the condo, the check in process, the pool and hot tub, and the recommendations of things to do in the area. The condo is beautifully decorated and the owners are readily available with any questions you may have. Four adults comfortably stayed in the unit for the week. The proximity to Fort De Soto County Park for biking, kayaking, and swimming was a real bonus. We definitely hope to return one day.

Beautifully appointed condo with everything to make your stay perfect. The condo is very roomy and the view from the balcony is so relaxing. We enjoyed our morning coffee out there with the sunrise when we were able to get up out of the comfortable king bed. All amenities are as listed, the complex is quiet and it's just a short walk to the pool. Great communication directly with the hosts and they included a nice list of recommendations for the area. We loved Ft. DeSoto North Beach. Looking forward to a return visit ASAP!

Perfect Location for a Perfect Vacation

We had a wonderful experience at “Isle Be Back” in Isla del Sol, St. Petersburg, FL! The condo was very well appointed. I really like that the two bedrooms were at opposite ends of the condo. The kitchen was well stocked with most anything people would need to make meals. The living room area was spacious with plenty of seating. The online listing says there is a den with a pullout couch. The den was part of the open living space. If there are six people staying at the condo, the people using the pullout couch would not have a private sleeping area. We enjoyed the swimming pool area and it was nice and close to the condo. The hosts, Connie and David, were very responsive to any questions or concerns we had. They are excellent hosts!!! We hope to go back next year. Thank you for opening up your condo for others to enjoy!

Exactly what we needed!

We stayed in David and Connie Bryant's condo mid-May, and it was a truly beautiful stay. The condo was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed from beach toys to washer and dryer to a blender for mixed drinks! Connie was readily available to chat if I had a question and we easily came and left as we pleased. The condo had a shared pool, which was a bonus. The community is in a convenient location - close to the beach and restaurants and just a short drive to downtown St. Petersburg and the airport. This was out first trip with our little one and it was a perfect first experience to St. Pete for him and an enjoyable experience for all. We would highly recommend David and Connie's condo to any family or couple looking to have a relaxing and fun time.

What a wonderful stay we had and there's no doubt in our entire family's mind that "Isle Be BACK." Your beautiful home was an added bonus for our family of 6. We had plenty of space to spread out and enjoy quiet time when we needed it. We also enjoyed the gorgeous view off the lanai. You provided us with so many comforts of our own home. This was one of the best places we’ve stayed as a family! We stayed here two weeks and wish we could have stayed longer! -Clean house with plenty of amenities. You name it they have it! -Great location on a private golf course and one mile from St Pete beach -Stunning views of pond and golf course, sunrises are the best! -Great hosts who were very helpful and accommodating to our needs 10/10 would stay here again. Perfect Oasis for relaxing

The Isle Be Back condo is the perfect home away from home! It is nicely appointed, and has a fairly well stocked kitchen for those who choose to do some cooking during their stay. The beds were very comfortable and linens were in abundant supply to accommodate any sleeper. The owners were always available to answer any questions and the check-in was very easy! We really appreciated the fact that there was a very generous cancellation policy! And we really enjoyed how the location was close to a lot of attractions and restaurants, but far from the hustle and bustle of the St. Pete's Beach, It offered the peace and quiet we were after in a very comfortable, well supplied and inviting condo.

Dave and I (Connie) have been best friends and married since college. We live in Atlanta, GA. We raised 4 amazing daughters who are now grown and living their own independent lives in various cities in the US. We love the sun, sea and sand and began to search for a home away from home several years ago. When we found the St.Petersburg/Clearwater/Tampa area we knew we had found the perfect place. We hope you will love it as much as we do!

But add to that the cultural additions of three wonderful cities and all they can offer.......how can you go wrong? With an international airport, major sports team events, countless shopping, dining, live music, entertainment, festivals and cultural events...... there is just not enough time to explore and enjoy all these cities AND this unique property have for you to enjoy. Rain or shine there is PLENTY to do for interests of any age or persuasion. It’s our sincere hope that once you experience this property your last thought will be.....”ISLE BE BACK”!!!
