About the host
Hosted by Maxx Byerly
Our family remodeled this little bungalow as a project. Our son Maxx is a recent college graduate 2020, and now has joined us in business. We decided this would be a very adorable property to rent as a vacation rental. Our second son Jack is already helping us in our business, as he just graduated in 2022., both from CU Boulder! This has been a great experience for our family owned business. (Kirt, Vicki, Maxx, and Jack ) We all work very hard and well together. We hope to make your stay very nice.
Why they chose this property
Its filled with love and lots of hard work, so its very special to our entire family. We had so much fun picking out the art, dishes, silverware, and the furnishing. We feel it turned out very nice, so we ask that our guests have fun, but respect that this is our families little gem. Take care of it please!! We are glad we can share with our guests.
What makes this property unique
Walking distance, to so many places. Great location, between Colorado Springs, and Denver. LOCATION, LOCATION! Very special little house, unique and charming
