The cottage is a 70s house on the 1st level (accessible by stairs). It offers you: a living room, a kitchen with dining area, a lounge. You will have 3 bedrooms (2 140x190 beds and 2 90x190 beds), a bathroom and a separate toilet. Outside: a large garden of 2000 m² (partly enclosed). 2 parking spaces on the property. A basement occupies the ground floor of the house and an attic is fitted out above the gite (both not included in the rental). The farm buildings located next to the cottage are no longer in operation. Kervignac is ideally located to discover the treasures of southern Brittany. Very close to the cottage, the Pont du Bonhomme and its two statues of Bretons offers a breathtaking view of the river Le Blavet and the cemetery of the boats. 200 m away, take advantage in summer of a shuttle leading to the beaches. For your small purchases, 2 minutes by car are enough (farm and butcher's products, bakery, snack...). 15 minutes away, you visit Lorient, the city of 5 ports and its famous Interceltic Festival (the world's largest gathering of Celtic cultures). During your stay, don't miss Hennebont, a medieval town with its national stud farm, the small sea of Gâvres with its beaches and shore fishing opportunities, the Morbihan islands such as Groix departing from Lorient. Between the Blavet river and the Ria d'Etel, traditional house with large garden for 6 people, at very reasonable prices!
