The Space:
This comfortable and family-friendly beach home offers everything you need for a relaxing stay along 30A. Located directly across from beach access, the home features a private pool, multiple outdoor living spaces, and room for everyone to unwind after a day in the sun.
The fully stocked kitchen includes everything needed for cooking at home, along with a coffee maker, washer and dryer, gas grill, and spacious seating areas for gathering together. The home is two stories and updated with newer mattresses, luxury linens, and pillows throughout for a comfortable stay.
Guests enjoy complimentary use of several newer beach chairs, a solar shade tent, and 4 bikes for exploring 30A, saving hundreds on beach rentals during your trip.
A new 6-seat lithium-powered golf cart is also available and is currently included free for the next two 2026 bookings. After promotional bookings, the golf cart is available to rent for an additional fee.
The private pool can also be heated for an additional cost.
We love pets and welcome well-behaved dogs to join your stay for a fee. A dog bed is provided, and we simply ask that pets stay off furniture or that towels are used to help protect the home.
Traveling with little ones? A pack-n-play and high chair are included for guest use.
To help keep the home fresh and comfortable, HEPA air filters are replaced monthly and the property is professionally cleaned after every stay.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home, private pool, outdoor spaces, and on-site parking with room for two larger SUVs.
Bikes are included with your stay, and beach access is just steps away across the street.
The Neighborhood:
Located in Santa Rosa Beach along scenic 30A, this home is perfectly positioned near Seaside, local restaurants, shopping, and some of the area’s best beaches. A seafood market is conveniently located across the street, and guests can easily bike or golf cart to nearby dining, coffee shops, and beach towns.
The neighborhood offers the perfect mix of convenience and relaxed coastal living.
Getting Around:
Four bikes are included with your stay, making it easy to explore nearby beach towns, restaurants, and scenic paths along 30A.
A 6-seat golf cart is also available and currently included free for the next two 2026 bookings. There is ample on-site parking for guests as well.
Other Things to Note:
The home is thoroughly cleaned after every stay, and air filters are replaced monthly to maintain a fresh and comfortable environment for guests.
