We only rent out our condo during the month of June!!
200 Steps to the free Gondola in the Town of Telluride and 3 blocks to Town Park.

Mountain views from all rooms and a 3 minute walk to the Gondola for Mountain Village restaurants and outdoor activities for kids and adults, including our renowned Mountain Bike Park! 3 blocks to Town Park for great hikes, festivals, our epic skate park and two custom kids play areas.

Recently refreshed, our light and bright condo has all the creature comforts you need to enjoy your ski trip or summer stay -- this is your ideal Telluride condo! Once you arrive, leave your car in the covered parking space and forget about it. Cross the street to get onto the free gondola and head to hikes and adventures in Mountain Village. Walk 2 blocks and you're on Telluride's main street featuring wonderful restaurants, bars, live entertainment, spas and boutique retail stores.

Our condo only rents 2 times a year (June & Winter school break) - we always get 5 stars. Stay here and you are steps towards all of the Telluride and Mountain Village treasures!!

Once again we had a wonderful time in the downtown condo! We hope to return next year.

This 3 bedroom condo with 2 baths is ideal for our family of 5. The living area and kitchen are specious and well furnished for preparing meals, watching a movie, or sitting on the balcony. Having a washer and dryer is another plus, as is the dishwasher and several fans for the few hours in the late afternoon when the sun really warms up the place. This was our second time to stay in this comfortable condo and we hope to return year after year!

What a great location w/all the luxuries!

This property delivers in every way! Ski mountain views, steps away from the Gondola or chair 8, plus short walks to top restaurants, main street and festivals/concerts in the park. They've just upgraded their electronics, including Smart TV's and Sonos systems. What we appreciated the most (besides terrific location) are the creature comforts, the condo is well stocked with everything you need to feel at home on vacation. Our family of 6 loved it & we'll be back for Winter Season!

very convenient though in-town noisy

The apartment itself is comfortable and the location in town is excellent with easy access to restaurants and hiking. Really our only complaint was that the building is across the street from a saloon and there was the occasional loud, drunk person shouting at night. Maybe use a white noise machine and everything will work out. The owners were responsive for any of our concerns.

Great condo in perfect location

Wonderful stay. Condo is right near everything in Telluride. Groceries a block away. Great restaurants all within short walk. Gondola a block away. We had a great time. Parking a bit tricky. Condo was super comfortable and had every amenity we needed. Would highly recommend for 4-6 people. Hope we can come again some day. Owner was fantastic and very nice. Contacted us before our stay after a big storm had building manager worried about roof. All resolved before we checked in. Just great.

Comfy condo in the heart of town

We've been coming to Telluride for many years and this condo was one of our favorite places to stay. Kelli & Steve have a lovely place conveniently located 1-2 blocks from everything important...gondola to Mountain Village, grocery store, and main street restaurants. The pre-arrival process was very well organized with terrific communication from the owner. They also helped us secure extra parking before we arrived. Dealing with Kelli was a pleasure at every stage of the process. The condo itself is clean and well appointed with comfortable beds, great lighting, decent views, plenty of storage, and solid appliances. They provide plenty of towels, sheets, pillows, paper products. You name it. It's also very quiet even though it's so close to everything. No street noise or gondola machinery. This place has everything you would want for a home away from home vacation getaway. We look forward to staying here again.

New Years stay

Imagine arriving at a condo from vrbo that had toothpicks, spices, some condiments various other things that you would need for a week of eating in. Just doesn't happen any more except here. Grocery store less than a block away. Really nice wine store below at street level. Restaurants all around. Walked to ACE hardware on main street and purchased a miniature hdmi jack for my Android and streamed netflix movies from wi-fi all week. Wife even had to goto the Dr while there a 3 block walk. The whole town is convenient from this condo We had a lovely 9 days in Telluride. Suggestion: We parked our skis, boots and poles in the yurt at the top of the gondola. Walk one block to the gondola, enjoy the ride up, go into the yurt to change into ski boots, they put your families ski's on the snow. How nice is that !!! We will be renting this condo year to year....its about perfect in niceness and location. After something like 16 VRBO rentals enjoyed working with these owners the most. Although we didn't have any problems we received E Mail notifications of potential problems. Great Rental

Great property in a great location. Short walk to gondola, shops and restaurants. Bear Creek trailhead is only a couple of blocks away. Rented mountain bikes practically next door. Would highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay. The condo is perfectly situated to easily walk to the lift, gondola and town. The fully appointed kitchen was great for making meals, and the grocery is one block away. Three comfortable beds and a spacious living area. Also, Kelli was super responsive.

Could add a little info on the on street parking and Tuesday morning snow removal.

We managed ,,, but, some more information ahead of time would be very helpful. They had the signage locked in a position where it could not be read. We got lucky and was able to move the truck before being ticketed or towed.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Location is perfect. Across the street from grocery and bakery and easy walking distance to the character of Telluride and dining and shopping and a block from the gondola to Mountain Village. Unit is clean and instructions for all of the necessities were easy to follow. It is extremely hard to park an SUV (I think I did a 23 point turn) but they give a street parking pass (that I didn't see until after I was in the space). Thankfully you don't need to move your car until it's time to go. Would love to come back another time.

Nice clean condo conveniently located close to everything. 3 small bit well equipped bedrooms. Kitchen also well stocked with everything you would need to prepare a meal. Audio visual equipment easy to operate and fairly up to date. Would definitely stay here again. Location is excellent.
