Superb 2-bedroom flat completely renovated in June 2023, extremely well located in the heart of Paris, only a few steps from rue Etienne Marcel and rue Montorgueil, many trendy shops, restaurants, cafés and the best French bakeries.
Professionally decorated, warm, bright and fully equipped, my flat is ideal for a successful Parisian getaway with family or friends.

Flat of 45m2, fully air-conditioned, located on the 2nd floor without lift, comprising:
- 2 bedrooms with queen-size beds
- 1 living room with 2-seater sofa bed
- 1 dining area

- 1 fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (hob, microwave, toaster, Nespresso machine, washing machine/dryer, dishwasher)
- 2 bathrooms with shower
- separate toilet

The cleaning fee includes clean sheets and towels for each guest and cleaning is carried out by a professional cleaning agent.

This flat is located in the centre of Paris near rue Etienne Marcel and rue Montorgueil, very lively shopping streets known for their many cafés and restaurants.
The flat is close to the Grands Boulevards.
It is 900 metres from the Musée Grevin, 1.6 km from Galeries Lafayette and 1.5 km from Place de l'Opera. Magnificent studio apartment completely refurbished and air-conditioned, very well located.
You will find in the vicinity:
- Musée des Arts et Métiers (450m)
- Musée Grévin (900m)
- Place de l'Opéra (1.5km)
- Galeries Lafayettes (1.6km)

There are also a number of theatres close to the flat:

The apartment was in a great location! We expected a small apartment, but one of the rooms really lacks space to put bags/suitcases. Please note there is ONE water closet/toilet. The en suites to the bedrooms are only sinks and showers. We couldn't get the air conditioning to work properly, but were thankful it worked! There also is no elevator and the stairs are very narrow and steep (be mindful of that regarding your luggage). We liked the walkability of the neighborhood, it was close to the metro station, and there are so many great places to eat and shop all in a 15 minute walk radius. The management company was great to work with and very accommodating and had good communication! Thank you!

Modern Apartment with a Great Location

Comfortable place for us and our 13 year old granddaughter. Having 2 bedrooms and 2 baths was a lifesaver. The only improvement suggestion we have is that they should use fitted bottom sheets and also provide top sheets with the bedding.

Nice Place, a bit quirky

The place is nice .Ascetically pleasing to the eye It was very cramp . A lot smaller than the pictures show. The bathroom is very tight . My knees hit the door while sitting on the toilet. The heat was on too high . We adjusted the heaters and that help . The place is small so the heaters were very efficient. Overall it worked . Not sure if I would eebook .
