We had the greatest time up at great Ponds in this beautiful location. It was just as the pictures showed and was very pleased with the location in the privacy of it. We hope to come back again very soon.

Perfect for Colby Graduation

We enjoyed our stay at this charming Belgrade lake house. The house was beautifully decorated, immaculate, and cozy for our week long stay while attending Colby graduation. Host was super organized, communicative, and provided everything we needed. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Great house

The house was great. It is well equiped, it has everything that you need for a stay with a big group. The house was very clean and the host very supportive and friendly; before and during our stay. All in all we had a great time.

Wonderful stay!

We visited Maine to attend our son’s graduation at Colby College and stayed in this terrific home. It is very new and sparkling clean with comfortable beds and all the amenities we needed. About 25 minutes’ drive to the college. We were out and about all day and it was nice to come home to this peaceful and quiet place!

The perfect lake house

I have only wonderful things to say about this beautiful, comfortable house, and the absolutely lovely lake—we swam and kayaked every day, heaven—and Ross, who was extremely helpful and communicative. One of the best rentals I've ever found, would not hesitate to return and recommend without reservation.

Best Camp

The camp is new and well stocked just like a home. Had the pleasure of meeting the owner on Saturday. We arrived two hours earlier and the camp was ready so we were allowed to move in. Had such a good time that everyone wants to return next year.

Great Pond Beautiful Home

House was beautifully furnished, immaculately clean with a well appointed kitchen- absolutely everything we needed to cook for our big group (6-10 people) was there! AC & gas grill were excellent and a huge bonus! Beds are obviously new but all very firm (subjective for sure;) House sits on a small hill so short walk to lake needs a better shoe, not just a water shoe. The dock and lake are perfect!

Beautiful week on Great Pond

House is new, spacious and beautifully decorated. There weren’t any amenities we looked for that were missing. There is even more available than the listing states including chairs for the lakefront. Perfect for a large or extended family stay. The lakefront area and dock were great for enjoying the waterfront and for our boat. Ross and family were very responsive and accommodating.

Stay at "Golden" Great Pond

Super relaxing. Lovely setting and incredibly well-equipped house for my family of adult children, my wife and me. Canoe and kayak rental was easy but did add more cost. A possible addition to enhance the wonderful rental might be to add a couple of kayaks, life vests, and/or a canoe to make the experience even more complete.

This is our third year in a row. Our adult family enjoys the fully furnished camp/house. The owners have thought of all your possible needs. Ross is available if you have any questions. Much needed down time

The rental was incredibly clean and the property was immaculate. We used the grill multiple times and it worked great. The kitchen is well appointed. We rented a boat locally and using the portage system was simple. The AC kept the cabin areas cool when the temperature kicked up as well. Ross was great to work with throughout the entire process.

Excellent for Family Vacation

We had an excellent week at this camp. The house was well spotless, well-stocked , and comfortable. Our family spent many happy hours in the bright main space playing games at the long dining table and reading on the cozy sofas while the teenagers took over the TV and sectional downstairs and had a great time away from parents. Plus, the dock was great for paddle boarding, swimming or taking in the sunsets over the lake. Ross also went out of his way to FedEx me my wallet after it fell unnoticed behind the bed. Thanks Ross!

Our family had a wonderful vacation at 10 Pike Dr. The home was beautiful, spacious, and had everything that we needed. This is a great place to enjoy “lake life”. We brought our own floats and paddle board, but definitely enjoyed using their kayaks. The only downside is the distance to go out to dinner or other locations to sight see. We would definitely stay here again!
