This impressive Parkview Bay 2 bedroom 2 bath condo has been updated and is just one level down from parking. This unit features hardwood floors and a private balcony right at water's edge. Both bedrooms offer queen beds and the primary suite has a private bathroom and a nice lakeview. The lakeview living area offers a large flat screen TV, a new couch (May 2023), and a Chenille Nest chair that transforms into a queen bed making it comfortable for up to 6 people in beds. This condo is completely setup for vacation rentals with a fully stocked kitchen, cable TV with Netflix available, WiFi throughout, and a private lakeside balcony. The condo is just steps away from one of the three outdoor seasonal swimming pools and just a little further to the lake swim dock. The Parkview Bay Condo Complex is located in the heart of Osage Beach and just moments away from all the lake area attractions including the Outlet Mall, boat rentals, golf courses, Dog Days Lakefront Bar and Grill, Backwater Jacks Lakefront Bar and Grill and many other Lake of the Ozarks favorite gathering places. As you can see, this is the total vacation rental package and you can always book with confidence through Four Seasons Property Management, Lake of the Ozarks!

What a great getaway!

We loved this condo on the lake. Great location, easy access to the pool and lake. Would love to stay again. The 2 bedroom/2 bath was perfect for our family of 4.

Great location by water or land

My husband and I got away for a week and chose to stay at Parkview Bay as we have stayed here before with great access to the state park for host launch, and by land to anything you want & anywhere you want to go. This unit has a dock available & the property manager did warn us about the broken lift; however, as an FYI if the broken lift is still there I’d recommend searching for another slip, which is what we did. The lift is shallow, bunks are free floating on one end and waves can get pretty rough in that cove! Easy to scratch the crap out of your boat (or worse) if you’re not careful! I would have liked to have seen the deck area a bit cleaner & all the blinds fixed but overall a great stay and much needed week away!

Great location and clean condo

Great location and property, very clean and condo provided all amenities. Things to consider- if you’re bringing a boat on a trailer to the Lake of the Ozarks, this location does not offer trailer parking so you will need to find off site trailer parking. A convenient and safe location to launch boat and park trailer is at the Lake of the Ozarks State Park Grand Glaize Marina where you can purchase launching and parking during your stay. The property management was great at providing us a place to temporarily park our boat & trailer but this information prior to getting there would have been helpful. Overall, extremely comfortable and convenient location! Thanks again!
