Great location

Easy access to St. Petersburg, Clearwater, and Tampa. Pool was the perfect temperature. Great walking access for groceries etc., property managers easily accessible when needed.

Location is Ideal because it's so close to the Airport ( PIE) , walk or bike to local supermarket and CVS as well as restuarants.
It's a short drive to great fishing lakes and piers.
