*7 night minimum 6/21-8/30. Friday check-in check-out*. Welcome to your summer getaway! Conveniently located on Old South Rd's bike path, this 5bd, 3ba property comfortably sleeps 10. With mature plantings and a tall, well-cared-for hedge, 92 Old South feels secluded.

The first floor has an open kitchen, dinning room, living room with high ceilings and french doors out to the private patio. Large patio with table, comfortable seating area, and fenced-in pool is right off the back of the house, and receives full sun all day. First floor is completed with a large king sized room with dressing area, gas fire place, and tv. Upstairs four comfortable bedrooms await, giving your family or friends privacy. One bedroom upstairs has a queen bed and a full bath with tub en suite. There are three remaining bedrooms and bathroom with shower on the second floor. Linens, towels (bath and beach), and beach chairs are all provided. Pack 'n play for infants also included.

Location: within walking distance to the Ack airport, <15m bike ride to town, and an 8m drive to either Nobadeer (drive-on) or Surfside beaches. The quaint village of Siasconset is also a quick 12m drive due-east. Bring your bikes and explore Nantucket's 30+ miles of bike paths! (or make a day trek to Cisco Brewery). Also located on the Wave bus route.Friday

Wonderful stay!

Our group had a wonderful stay on Old South Rd. The house was so comfortable and very spacious in a great location just a bit outside of downtown. We came for the Christmas Stroll so unfortunately we can’t speak to the pool but I bet it’s awesome in the summer! Alex was very responsive and a great host. We’d highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay in Nantucket with friends or family!

Great property and location

This house is amazing. It’s a lot bigger on the inside than it looks from the outside. It’s clean an updated and has a really cool open layout that is great for a large family but still gives it a cozy beachy feeling. The furniture and amenities are all updated and great quality and everything was thought of. Alex was great to work with and super responsive to our questions we had both pre stay and while on the island. The location was ideal for us since it’s centrally located and right off the bike path it was great for our kids to bike along the path. The pool and outdoor areas were the big hit for our 3 little ones who swam and played outside while we were “home”. I would recommend this house to anyone with kids and a larger family.
